Id like to see him on the wing instead of at LB. Feels like he was held back by playing there.

I think that wing-back in that system actually suits him more. Yes, on paper we assume wingers are more attacking players but in our team they often receive the ball in the middle third, back to goal and play the ball for the fullback to attack the space on the overlap. 

 

Already a contender for elastico of the season. Maybe the most technically perfect elastico in the history of the Premier League.

He's a winger, but he seems to have a load of energy so mourinho stuck him at lb

thought he played centre mid v Barcelona in pre season, he rinsed them, powerful running and good feet.

But can he track back?

Who the f**k cares? It's that conservative approach that Jose take that makes us boring and allows teams to stay in games instead off using our quality up front to put teams away.

Id start him against Everton just to let our "first 11" and players on the cusp now that effort and ability will be rewarded. I really, really hope we dont trot out the same old group that clearly arent up for it

I know he's a bit raw at the moment, and he's not a LB either, but I tell you what, he's very quick with his feet, he hits the ball hard, even in his passing. Looking forward to seeing him play more.

If it's true Moses has joined West Ham I expect we'll be seeing a fair bit of this lad this season.

Because he's a limited player? He scored a goal, but general play has been poor on the day.

 

Back on Kennedy, I thought he showed lots of promise in his cameo. Not sure he should have played when he was. I would play him instead of the predictable Willian right now.

Jose did the right thing bringing in youth and I think he did it to show the players what hunger looks like because they embarrassed the rest of our team in terms of effort, I can take losing if we give it 100 percent but I can't take players on up to 250k a week looking lazy and disinterested, it's an insult to us as fans who ultimately pay their wages, I'd far sooner see us lose by risking it playing our new LB or even play Zouma at RB, drop Ivan, drop cesc for RLC and drop Hazard for Kenedy, our players don't have competition and the same 11 worked last year until fatigue sat in they were reliable, now its backfired because they are complacent, we were shocking in the Cl last year and at the end of the season t times, but it was masked because we has a winning formula even playing bad and the excitement of the title. Ivan and fab in that pivot role are our biggest issues, in addition refusing to shoot outside the box and playing side to side with no width and no penetration, the latter we can sort we have the talent and I'm sorry to say, I'm joses biggest fan but Carlo would have this team firing in goals left right and centre, we have an excellent squad, baba was one of the top LB in the German league throw him in he will get it, Zouma is far better than stones, and JT is fine when playing with a quick partner, also between Ramires, Mikel and RLC with matic or even oscar we should have no problem without a new CM that is a top team, it's sickening to watch, but he got our team working in his first season without half this talent so I'm sure he can do it again, but these players need a reality check and some time on the bench, we always get behind them but when they arent hungry it;s our right as paying fans, we buy tickets, sky subscriptions, shirt, we pay for them to live very privileged lives and we should be able to give them stick, not Real M type of stick but we should be booing performances like we have seen send the message, people that refuse to criticise the team add to the problem of people that feel untouchable, hunger and desire is a big part of winning, we have none of that but the new recruits do bring them on.

He explained in the post match confrence, kenedy was with the club all summer, he had a familuarity with the players and baba has not had that yet 

He's got to play against Everton, assuming Oscar is still not healthy. If Willian starts that game, I'll be severely depressed. Put Kenedy on the left, Hazard in the middle, and Pedro on the right.

 

His pace, his power, his footwork, his workrate, has been phenomal in that one preseason game against Barcelona, and also in the 15 or so minutes against Palace. He must have been consistently good in training for him not to be loaned out as well.

 

I really hope that Mourinho goes along with the words of his post match pressers, and is willing to give some run to the guys like RLC, Baba, and Kenedy. They could be the difference makers for us this season.

 

Obviously, if Oscar is healthy, my starting 3 in AM would be Hazard - Oscar - Pedro or Pedro - Hazard - Oscar, but still - we need something changed from the past three matches, and he could be that gamebreaking talent we've lacked so far this season.

Not sure if he starts but Jose needs to tap into the fresh vein. Anyone who is looking fresh and raring to go he should play. Why not Kenedy who clearly wants to prove he can play in this level.

If hes fit theres no reason he shouldnt be in the match day squad every weekend. Same with RLC

Got rid of Cuadrado and Moses to accommodate this lad in the squad.

Judging on his match against Barca and his cameo againt Palace he looks better to me than Depay, United's next Ronaldo.
