City and United are the two im worried about jumping ahead of everyone else, not 4rsenal

pochettino's Tottenham is probably another team that will be in top 3 next season.

Has Drogba taken his coaching badges? The club could do worse. He knows football inside and out and the club especially so.

A management team consisting of Drogba, assisted by Zola/Lampard and eventually Terry would be good.

Why should we conform to having one manager? Chelsea should buck the trend and have multiple managers to share the burden.

I was thinking a lot about this since José was sacked and finally came to a conclusion. I should be the next Chelsea manager. Couldn't do any worse than some of my predecessors, most players would like me probably (I would sell the rest anyway) and I would have a great understanding with the fans obviously. Plus I could use the money. A season later someone else from the Shed End would get the chance when I'm sacked.

You think you'd last a whole season?

What is this obsession with Drogba coaching. We're going to hand him the keys to his FIRST job and he cant do worse than some of the greatest most proven managers in the world?

First post so here goes.

I would go for Mark Hughes with two assistants.

Frankie Lamps and Didier Drogba.

All have passion and i dont think Mark Hughes would take no messing around.

Ideally looking back, should have given Jose longer, but thats done. So lets move on.

My twitter-feed just blew up with reports that Simeone has told Atletico he is leaving them this summer now with us being his destination.

Just saw the article on Facebook man, not sure how reliable the source is but would LOVE for this to happen. Oh and he can bring Griezmann with him too =P

Seems to all stem from this article and I'm not familiar with the publication.

Personally, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

If it comes from that tabloid, let's forget about it until someone with more credibility confirms it. I didn't know the publication OKdiario, but looking at the Directors board and other journalists there, it has poor credibility.

He would look stupid if he left after all he said. I can only think of money being the reason behind him coming here.

Simeone seems to be the most logical fit for Chelsea at the moment. High intensity pressing and counter attacks whilst being able to switch to a possession based game with ease. Atletico are our spirit team in Spain. They've managed to get the best of us lately.

I suspect Diego will try and land La Liga this season and push for a good finish in the CL as a good parting gift with the club. He's already done so much to get rid of the dominance of the big 2. Frankly, Simeone has worked a miracle for even daring to challenge this Barcelona side.

Barcelona of 2007-present have been the best club side of all time.

Honestly if we get hik as a manager. He is amazing, but didn't abra want someone who plays flowing football and aggressive like mou,

Simeone is pretty much like for like with Jose though.

His teams are well drilled, work hard off the ball and tend to protect what they have rather than go gung ho for more goals.

In my opinion, Simeone is the only candidate out there who can realistically compete with Guardiola and Mourinho for the title. Can't say the same about Allegri or Conte.

The more I read about Conte, the more excited I get but it would require a huge change at this club from top to bottom. We'd need a fairly large turnover in terms of the playing staff and the academy would need to change it's style a bit but it could be an exciting period.

Simeone is the best choice for keeping quite close to what we're doing now but if we're happy doing that then we probably should've stuck with Jose. I like his passion though and I agree that he'd be the best at coaching a team who would be something of an underdog next season.

Yer that's what I was trying to imply. He is just another Mourinho, he can Deffo challenge pep and mou however, if we get him, we would end up having similar problems we did with mou

OK Diario? Haven't heard of them. Are they reputable?

See my post up this page, I didn't know the publication, but looking at the Director and some journalist in there, it has no credit at all.
