December 30, 201510 yr It's been a very very mixed 2015 for this club. This season is going through the motions now until the end really, unless we can get a good run in the champions league or the FA cup, which would be great. The most important part for me of 2016 will the transfer window; we simply cannot make the same mistakes of last summer
December 30, 201510 yr I suspect we will be better liked by the media and opposition fans. Sadly I think that will be because they no longer envy what we have as much as they have previously.

December 31, 201510 yr 9th in the league. FA cup champions Kicked out of Champions League by PSG Still wins the game against Arsenal. The resulting loss drops Arsenal to 3rd spot. A disappointed Wenger gets into a blue telephone box and the box disappears.
December 31, 201510 yr We'll continue to wear blue and sing songs about tickling her bum with vegetables. Beyond that, f**k knows.
December 31, 201510 yr 12th in the league. Quarter Final round of FA cup. Last 8 of CL. Best chance of silverware is the FA Cup! Guus won it with us previously so hopefully he can repeat it and salvage a disastrous season. Edited December 31, 201510 yr by Jezz
January 1, 201610 yr 6-7th in the league with 58 pointsSemi-final of the FA cup losing in our first game that we don't play a heavily rotated and largely youth invested team.Semi-final of the CL sort of all depends when we get one of the big sides I think we will beat PSG and I think we could be Real Madrid and possibly Juventus, but I think Barce and Bayern are way stronger than us but anything can happen in football and we have seen it happen before.I see this as pretty realistic, all though it might seem a little optimistic compared to some other posts on here.I also think despite no trophies and not getting back into the CL this wouldn't be a catastrophic season getting back into the Europa league will at least prevent a huge slide in our European coefficient whilst giving us another competition in which we can blood our youngsters, Tottenham and in particular Harry Kane show how useful this Tournament can be for bringing through youth for which we have an abundance. Also with the signs of improvement in the second half of the season it doesn't ruin our viability for top players, which might otherwise be put off, albeit I don't expect a big transfer window either in January or the Summer. With the new stadium and abundance of youthful players i think there will be a real push for these youngsters to make the step up. I'd be very happy if we signed a CM and a Striker but don't see much other movement maybe a CB but not sure about what options are available and will want to come here. January 1, 201610 yr Would take 17th now if we got the fa cup and a decent run in champions league There is players we need to move on and fresh we need to bring in so its about playing for futures now
January 2, 201610 yr We'll be blue, we'll be singing and we'll always be behind our team come rain or shine. Carefree!
January 2, 201610 yr Would you take the champions league with relegation if offered it ? No as even in the Champions league we wouldn't be able to afford our current wages in the championship so a huge squad overhaul would be needed and this would not represent their true value. Causing a huge financial blow to the club which you never know could cause a Leeds. I do however think it would be very interesting to watch and it would definitely be a whole new experience for me as a fan and i would actually probably quite enjoy watching us fight our way back to the top. But I wouldn't want to risk it as their is always that possibility that it ruins us as a club. Edited January 2, 201610 yr by PedroMendez
January 2, 201610 yr Mass exodus Hazard, Matic, Fab, William, Oscar, Costa. No top class signings; Would you come to Chelsea right now with No chance of CL next year and an interim manager? 12th. Out to PSG. No Silverware The start of a 3 year nightmare.. We will become just another Liverpool/Spurs or even worse a Derby/Coventry. Or if we clear out the upper echelon and start afresh, we could bounce back next year!!! Up to Roman
January 2, 201610 yr Bring on next season. Can not wait to see who is up for pre season training! It will be interesting to see if the powers that be go commercial with a waste of time tour, or if they adapt plans to get ready for next year. All depends on if relegation is avoided....
