A combination might be good. This squad is too far gone for us not to need to invest if they want to become competitive again. Just because Leicester have won the league this year doesn't convince me that the days of buying quality players are over. I'd be surprised if the likes of City, Bayern and Barcelona start picking up journeymen players from the lower divisions because it worked for Leicester. We'll see.
