Nobody is saying they shouldnt try, I an sure the club is trying but its not that many options out there. We already have Zouma and Christensen on our books so we dont need a young player with potential. There just arent that many options out there and we are reportedly going hard free one of them

Yep exactly, it's not a difficult task to gather a list of suitable targets.  The difficult task is acquiring one that fits our current need.

We found Papy and Hector last season If one looks at the profile of central defenders being pursued, one would realize we are after the ball playing types, very difficult to acquire them to be honest, unless of course papy and hector.

What worries me is we seem willing to spend a lot of money on this guy and is he even that good? It's like City spending a ton on Mangala and then he turned out to be poor.

KK was good last year in the Serie A.  Prior to that he was regarded as a talent but not quite living up.  TBD whether he can perform in the EPL I suppose.
