Watford v Chelsea- Sat 20 Aug- 15:00

i think conte would be right to chose the same xi as he did vs west ham. for all the complaining about lack of clear cut chances and how the spammers were poor, we were completely dominant and i would argue that our play from 10-65 minutes were the main reason why bilic' gang looked so out of touch (meaning: we played them bad), and we managed to pick up the pace and further assert dominance when we they equalized.

if conte's last five years is anything to go by, it's fairly obvious that our main catalyst both for offense and defense is ferocious pressing and denial of passing lanes through the middle and between the lines followed by quick and decisive (and 'easy') passing forward. replacing either matic and/or oscar for fabregas and/or rlc with that in mind makes absolutely no sense to me.

i think that our xi against west ham has deserved the chance to gel together with each other and contes new ideas. even though many, myself included, shook their/our heads at mourinhos lack of rotation, the coach has to find his best eleven at some stage, and the positives from mondays game far outweighed the negatives in my opinion.

you are having a laugh right? Don Antonio's english is not bad. Think about when Don Claudio was at CFC....I read from Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's autobiography that he needed translators in the locker room to get his message across. I like the idea of having Cesc playing too. We can play midfield w/ Kante position in the hole. It can work.

Think we will win this 3-1 and Costa will probably score more than one goal.

Come on Chelsea. Let's make this two wins out of two

Prediction = Watford 0-3 Chelsea ... have a good feeling about this game.

I went to a few Watford away games during the Terraces years and they were great days out ...

I hope he keeps the same team as Monday as stability is key in restoring our place in the CL spots. With no European football this year I think the need for squad rotation is greatly reduced.

My expectations remain very low after last season so a win of any description will be fine. A performance at least on a par with Monday will be very welcome.

It's looking like the lads rather like playing for Conte, and it's easy to see why. I think Jose disappeared up his own backside last season and, when all's said and done, Conte was a great player. Must count for a lot.

Yeah, I remember walk through fields and allotments to get to the away end.

Win this, beat Burnley at home and we can be 9 for 9 and get some confidence building. Wouldn't mind seeing crescent for magic to put us a bit more on front foot for this.

COYB.

Iam happy with whatever team conte plays today it seems like the lads love playing for him there starting to enjoy their football again....0-3 to the Chels KTBFFH!!!
