How credible do you all consider Liam Twomey to be?  Here in the States, I read a lot of his stuff due to his affiliation with ESPN, but not sure how reliable his info is.

The reason I ask is because today he writes "Chelsea are closing in on the £61m signing of Alex Sandro"

I wouldn't believe it till Tancredi confirms it with a BOOM! ...then he signs for PSG

I find Twomey the best informed and most reliable of the espn Chelsea writers.

We will get him im positive.. too much smoke without fire.. does nobody remember how long the pogba deal took last summer ? Obviously juve haggle there not idiots.. if Sandro had changed his mind he or the president would of come out and said so .. not to keep Chelsea fans updated but to let the juve fans know who are gutted he's leaving - read there forums they are completely convinced he's ours! No news is good news deffo .. no other teams with concrete interest.. Chelsea willing to let juve make 34M profit from what they bought him for .. Sandro doubling his wages .. it's a done deal.. feel free to quote me and take the piss if it falls through but ..

All these transfer rumours, and world class players being lined up including the likes of Sandro.......it's like pissing in the wind......f**k me we are back in training and on tour shortly...lets hope there won't be any empty seats left on the plane

Is Sandro a priority signing?
It's certainly one of intent, a massive move for someone who would  make the starting 11, plus giving excellent depth to our squad (assuming Alonso stays of course)
But do you feel he's the signing we need the most? I'm not so sure, I'd like it to happen but I feel we really need to concentrate our efforts on a top quality striker to replace Diego.

I'm not hopeful about anything at the moment, especially this deal......but who knows Roman could just get pissed one night following the Lukaku debacle and just blow a whole wad of cash at the last minute.  The truth is the new stadium will take priority and we will just have to tough it out for a few seasons while crossing our fingers hoping to grab a CL spot with a few minor tin-pots on the way to hoodwink us fans.
