With the 60 million for the shirt deal, and then over 40 mill in sales so far, that's us sitting on about 100 Mill.  Not sure if we're selling Costa or not, but lets imagine it's 30 million for him, i think we could be looking at a prosperous summer transfer window (and I've not even added in the money we got for winning the League last year from the TV money)

Last season was a very expensive squad, now he's added 100m to it.

How do you guys feel about this?
Lukaku was a player that actively wanted to return to Chelsea.
Personally, I think this whole situation could have been resolved if we just kept Costa but ah well, in Conte we trust.

Musonda given the number 17 shirt, apparently in the squad for next season, can see him getting some game time with Hazard out. He's a real talent and hopefully he proves himself.

I think this may be as a direct repurcusion of not getting Lukaku.

That's Lukaku confirmed to have a medical at United. I'm actually surprised United went in for him considering the history between Lukaku and Mourinho. Jose was pretty much desperate to get rid when he was with us.

That wasn't the case. Lukaku wanted guaranteed football - we'd just bought Costa, and Lukaku was barely out of his teens.

He left because the player instigated it.

I still find it strange that after what happened Mourinho would sign him at another club. Obviously he's improved a lot as a player though. I think he would've been better coming back to us personally, even though he might not be guaranteed first team football, depending on who else we signed.
