I'm following Chelsea here while watching Rangers v Rapid Wien. Judging by what you're all saying it's been grim at the Bridge.

Shambolic half. The problem seems to be that when we play more senior players against "lower" opposition there is a general lack of respect for the opposition. Stupid flicks and flip flaps that don't work. No movement, lacksadasical defending and a lack of quality going forwards. The rot then sets in and we get ourselves into a rut we can't get out of. We'll end up huffing and puffing through the rest of this game now.

It's so disappointing half, we had the ball most of the time but we didn't score or was dangerous...

We could be losing 1-0 already, what is the point of having Morata on the pitch?

Why is CHO not even on the bench, I don't get it, I'm sorry.

Right. We need to play the small time Charlie's instead like Charlie Brown from the youth

Poor first half, boring in all honesty. Just passing it around and doing nothing with it. It was the same against West Ham. If this is how we are going to play against teams with Sarri, then we will struggle. Keeping the ball is good, but it's dull as hell if you're not actually going to do anything with it.

We seem pretty clueless in the last third, no composure or confidence.

Stop trying to walk the ball past 4 players and just someone have a f**king shot. Very dull first half.

Willian does nothing. He tries to beat his man and hasn't got a left foot, doesn't cut in and shoot like he usually does, and can barely take set pieces. Zappacosta needs to take his man and be more direct. Morata is as useless as a chocolate teapot. Kovacic has been average. Fabregas is struggling to do anything as nobody is making movement. Emerson, Pedro, RLC, Fabregas are the only players trying to do anything. 

Geez ... Who would have thought we'd struggle vs videoton ??? If we need Hazard to score vs dross like videoton , we'd better drop from UEL and focus on PL then !!! Anyway, still think CFC will win this easily.

Neither should change the fact that we should be breezing through this group, teams have used the europa for so many positives ie picking up form, youth getting experience,we are getting nothing out these games

Spot on Val but a lot of the guys are also right that bringing in hungry young players that want to prove themselves also brings with it honest endeavour, hard work without the frills and a respect for the opposition.

We would be home and dry if Morata knew where the goal was.

Our midfield is doing the work, Fabregas is moving the ball very well. RLC making some great dribbles, we need more from Kovacic.

We have to shoot from distance, I wouldn't mind to see Barkley in for Kovacic.

This lot are Hungarian champions, I didn't know that. Hungarian league isn't great, but champions are champions.

Well, we need to perfect that Sarriball system with our A team players ... No time for youngsters it seems.

Not really. Just can’t seem to get any shots to go anywhere near the goal. Should have had a penalty. You can’t take most of the reactionary stuff posted here as a reliable reflection of the game.

It's just frustrating watching us move the ball 100 times and do nothing with it. We get to the penalty area then pass it backwards. It's like as soon as the players are closed down, they play it backwards. It's low risk passing, boring and defensive teams will love this. Even when we get into the penalty area, it's half chances and hesitation.

Can't help but think if this was City they would be 3-4 up by now. Then again, you need a competent, hungry striker and wide men who are hungry to score goals. Pedro is the only one I can say is hungry to score. 

Hopefully CHO and co see the future and leave for the sake of there careers

Please replace Christensen for De Ligt. He has totally lost form and not the defender I thought he was.

I hate it when we play like that. Here's hoping there's an extra spark in the second half. We really need to win this game.
