December 4, 20196 yr United seem to play well against the top teams. Beat us twice, only team to stop Liverpool winning this season and now beat Tottenham.
December 4, 20196 yr Leicester won, what if they stop Liverpool once again? At this point it looks like a probability.
December 4, 20196 yr Good result for us that, stops Spurs from gaining too much momentum (I hope) and loses them 3 points. Spurs are a bigger threat to us than United, also keeps Ole in the job for longer. United are hopeless against teams outside the top 6, I don't think they're a threat. They went life and death with Villa, we dominated them and should've won by many goals. Reminds me a bit of Kenny Dalglish at Liverpool, would always turn up in the big games, then rarely get 3 points in the others. Edited December 4, 20196 yr by Slojo
December 5, 20196 yr Interesting to see Jose’s approach and he can play attacking football and not concede goals. So far the evidence is that he can’t and my bet is that he will revert to type. By compromising his beliefs, I wonder if he’ll lose his Midas touch.
December 5, 20196 yr watched MOTD. at 2:1 van Dick should have been sent off and pen given to Everton but guess what, VAR didn't even check the situtation. it was a clear pen and red as all 3 agreed in the studio. spuds were rubish yesterday but c*** Alli now scores in every game under Jose (of course, they are tailored for each other) and will surely score against us as he always does. December 5, 20196 yr Impressed with Alli's goal against Utd thought at first it was Son, good strength and holding-off of defenders to make the shot into the corner. Good result for us if only we would bury teams instead of these 1 goal winning margins.

December 5, 20196 yr Everton owner Farhad Moshiri is heading to Liverpool to sack beleaguered Toffees manager Marco Silva. David Moyes is ready to make an incredible return to Everton and replace Silva as manager.

Still that's very short notice for Moyes to play us.
December 5, 20196 yr Typical West Ham. Raise their game against us (even though we were poor) but revert to type last night at Wolves. Would have put money on that. Looks likely Silva won't be Everton boss when we play them Saturday. Let's just hope interim or whoever is in charge doesn't give them a lift and we play as well as we did last night.

I'd say a more accurate comparison was O Neil's Villa and I'm not joking. The way they try and break on teams at pace with Rashford and Dan James remind me of that Villa side doing it with Young and Agbonlahor. It's absolutely nuts how far they've fallen from grace, people moan about our decision making at board level (sometimes rightly) but Marina is the absolute nuts in comparison to Ed Woodward.

United's board is a disgrace, they make our transfer policy look amazing, they've barely signed any good players since Ferguson left, it's full of flops.
December 5, 20196 yr The worst part about that David Luiz goal is that the linesman didn't even put his flag up, how on earth can you not see that he was offside? It was clear as f**k, Luiz even knew he was offside after he scored the goal. As bad as VAR can be it's a good thing we don't need to deal with too many of these awful officials.
