December 15, 20196 yr Knife through butter - 2-0. Arsenal have some great players going forward (and that worries me for when we play them). But their defence is shockingly bad. Plenty more goals in this game.
December 15, 20196 yr KDB on fire. Unlucky not to have a hat-trick already. Great save by Arsenal keeper - Kepa wouldn't have got to that one! Weekends like this remind me why I can't forgive Mourinho with both KDB and Salah winning games for fun

We were completely right to sell him because he didn't play amazingly in the tiny handful of appearences he made and because the young but already full international capped lad had the audacity to demand more playing time. B. We were idiots that had failed to notice the quality he'd already shown elsewhere and completely failed to nurture a young talent and give him some time to get his head straight. After all, we had a self proclaimed genius in charge who often spoke about his ability to get the best out of players. Personally I believe it was a monumental cockup by the club. Still, we've got Ross Barkley and we're still waiting patiently to see if he's any good.

For some reason he failed to settle, as you say the genius in charge probably didn't help. The real talent re emerged once back in Germany. Tripleing in value within 12 months. Question is why did we fail to put a buyback in the sale? Agree a monumental cockup by the club, hopefully we will never repeat.

We put a sell-on clause instead which brought in about £10m which we were then able to invest in the left side of Cuadrado. Fantastic piece of business.

December 17, 20196 yr I love Carlo but I dont think this is the right signing for Everton at all, he really isnt the kind of manager to come in and rebuild at a club which is what they need.

December 17, 20196 yr Outside of his eight-year stint with AC Milan, Ancelotti has only been at clubs for about a maximum of two seasons. Reggiana = 1995-1996 (1 season) Parma = 1996-1998 (2 seasons) Juventus = 1999-2001 (2.33 seasons) Chelsea = 2009-2011 (2 seasons) PSG = 2011-2013 (1.5 seasons) Real Madrid = 2013-2015 (2 seasons) Bayern Munich = 2016-2017 (1.25 seasons) Napoli = 2018-2019 (1.5 seasons) I admire Everton's boldness to go for a big name manager. Time will tell whether he's the right man or not.
December 17, 20196 yr Whoever Everton go for it won't be Big Dunc. There's a touch of the Phil Browns about him - never a good sign.

I feel like Cech and Ivanovic are in the team of the previos decade. For the same reason I didn't put Rooney for example, De Bruyne should be somewhere but he misses more or less half of the decade...Here is my list: Pretty much copied your centre-backs, in my defense I just couldn't put Van Dijk as he hasn't been the best for the most of the decade only the past few years.

At first glance I didn't even notice that the chimps have different eyes lol only after reading the whole text I came back to the pictures... I get the point, but still think that they could have used pics of cats instead. Differenct colors = but still a cat ?...This monkey business may have the exact opposite effect of what was desired.

Only one keeper has won the premier league the champions league and the Europa league in the last decade, you should be shot in the groin for leaving him out.
