Sacked in a stairwell at Everton after finishing 2nd in the PL , and now from Napoli after winning 4-0 ... I doubt he saw either coming at those particular moments in time ! Imagine this ... Mourinho at Spurs and Ancelotti at Arsenal ... Whatever next ? Di Matteo at West Ham ? ?
December 11, 20196 yr So Napoli qualify for the CL knockout stages yet he is still shown the door: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50737095
December 11, 20196 yr I don't like to see Carlo sacked. I still have very fond memories of Carlo's time with us. We played some fantastic football back then.
December 11, 20196 yr If we are to sign a left back, that Gaya from Valencia looked the real deal. He could attack, defend, run, and an outrageous goal line clearance to get Valencia through. The last group game, he was playing like a winger against us, and we couldn't get past him at their end.
December 14, 20196 yr dirty red scouse didn't have a single shot on goal until 37 minute. watford were keeping them at bay completely. and then this blatant miss corner that Wilian would be proud of for lightning counter attack 1:0 and guess what, speachless realy Edited December 14, 20196 yr by mojo
December 14, 20196 yr Watford are hopeless and Liverpool are very good and extremely lucky. What do you expect?
December 15, 20196 yr Surprised Everton goal stood but even so, De Gea had a touch of the Kepa's there!!
December 15, 20196 yr Only 3 ahead now of Spurs. We were 11 points ahead a few weeks back. Thrown it away.

Crazy how quickly it can all change. If they overtake us i don't see us coming back. They have all the momentum currently. Mourinho is doing great with them to be honest.

I know we sacked him but even he has to understand the rivalry. Well and truly tarnished his legacy.

I don't think Mourinho is doing anymore with them than what should be expected, it's only the 5-0 win that they looked good. They are scraping most of their wins, and got beaten and outplayed by United and Bayern, they still very much have the same problems they had under Pochettino. The only problem right now is our form is sh*t.

December 15, 20196 yr What a finish by KDB. Whose defence will be worse today - Gooners or City's? Both are as bad as ours!
