Exhibit 2, Arsenal are really going into next season with a Havertz/Rice/Odegaard midfield. 

100m for a midfielder who is limited on the ball (able to play it around, dictate play and open defense's from deep) will always be baffling to me. Typical English media though drooling for Arsenal over this move yet criticizing Chelsea for getting a much superior footballer in Enzo.
