I hope you're right. Not so sure myself. 

Apparently Spurs have paid a £9m loan fee and their only paying a percentage of Bale's wages. Seems like a pretty low risk gamble on their part.

I believe they haven't changed the core of it (making the silhouette bigger) but the "moving towards the ball" requirement has been watered down massively so it's even stricter. 

Seriously, that is a joke decision to have them retake that. What De Gea did happens with every single penalty in the game and never gets punished.....until today. 

I have always said this rule is unfair on goalkeepers. They won't have much of a chance to save anything if they need to have both feet planted on the line before the ball is struck.
