    Laying the blame entirely on the goalkeeper would be a cop out. Liverpool's defending and tactics have been terrible. They have had defenders beyond the half way line many times tonight and been caught out. It's one through ball every time and Villa are in. They were the same against Leeds. It's suicide defending.

    I hope they set up like that all season.

    Agreed. Villa have had 17 attempts on goal, and 11 on target, from only 29% possession, so obviously that's all on Adrian LOL ...

    Maybe Liverpool were really desperate to see Solksjaer keep his job. 
    Funny how without Mane, Henderson and their keeper the whole system they play comes crashing down. 
    Mad season ahead.
