Same can be said of your comments. 

We have sucked at playing out of the back ever since Conte made us start playing that way. We always look like we struggle to get it anywhere near the half way line, and when we do, we more often than not get outnumbered and lose the ball anyway. I am seeing no signs of it improving.

His ability to pass the ball not only to a team mate but to their feet/ahead for them to run on to instead of 5 yards behind them is quality. We’ll have to train that out of him.

Completely agree. With almost any other manager I think we'll look a whole lot better.

Nothing is working. It hasn't worked for months bar the odd game where the opposition have had a nightmare.
