Just look at the two managers...Pep is constantly on his players, shouting and talking to them on the sideline, Frank stands there bemused and has no words to offer his team who are being given a footballing lesson....there is one of the problems right there.

Maybe it’s time to step away from the possession football and move to a more counter attacking football. I hate to say it but we don’t have the midfield to play possession football. 

This is both form and formation. Frank was tactically played off park. Frank's been played off park for many times this season.

Sarri somehow managed to survive after being beaten 2-0 against Arsenal, then 4-0 against Bournemouth and then 6-0 against City, the results against Bournemouth and City were back to back our worst defeats in the Premier League era. So if he can survive that, then I wouldn't be surprised if Lampard is given more time to turn it around.
