I would have ruled it a handball but hard to tell from the angles we saw. This needless f**king around with the handball law leads to things like this

It's nice to see us playing well and not having to completely burn out Mount. Very impressive so far. 

It was Handball, his second movement was with his lower arm to cushion it down, great technique and finish btw......

That decision in a nutshell is exactly why VAR isn't working! The ball clearly came off his shoulder yet the VAR ignores that and just goes with the on field decision so as not to undermine the refs.

The basic problem from before VAR still exists with it, and that is that the games are being dictated by refs who either don't know the rules, are incompetant or are bent.
