So Atletico lose Griezmann to a red for an accidental boot to the face. I'm old enough to remember Diaby booting JT in the face in the league cup final, knocking him out cold and putting him in hospital.

No red. No pen. Nothing.

Those were also the days when De Jong kungfu kicked Xabi Alonso in the chest and got away with a yellow.

Totally justified, who doesn't want to kick Xabi Alonso in the chest?

Yesterday was probably the perfect scenario for almost everyone except maybe Atalanta.

United won so ole and united owner n fans were happy. Cr7 scored winner, he was happy. Because they won, united will continue building around cr7 and ole will still be the manager which make all united rival happy.

More recently we had Jonny Evans and Ashley Barnes getting away with violent assaults on our players at the Bridge that weren't even dealt with retrospectively when the video was utterly damning.

Roma pasted 6-1 by Bodø/Glimt.
If you haven’t heard of them they are a small team from Western Italy

You would think the likes of Roma and Tottenham would actually take this tournament more seriously, it's not like they win many trophies. Roma losing 6-1 to a team most people have never even heard of has to be one of the most embarassing results in their recent history.

btw am i the only one who can't stand Robbie Savage commenting an United game?

He slurs his words so much that he sounds pissed everytime he speaks. He was worse than ever in the United game, you can tell he's a fan.

Lacazette and Bruno Fernandes are definitely the biggest c**ts in English football atm, such pussies, they get hit in the ankle and roll around in agony holding their face, they get hit in their wrist and they hold their face like they got shot in the eye, they always look to fake fouls and fool the ref. Despicable footballers, cheats of the heighest order.

Its arsenal, wouldn’t put it past them to drop points from 2-0 up (wishful thinking)

they started a lot better second half

ffs nevermind
