Apparently our price on Trev is 45mill quid. That seems ambitious, and I'm one of Trevs biggest supporters on here.

I mean we said the same thing about Havertz and Mount tbf.

Maybe the club already have a list of suitors interested.

Aye maybe. I mean if I was the person thar made the calls at say a West Ham or Aston Villa I would buy Trev and build my defende around him 35mill plus 5mill in easy add ons abd 5mill in harder add ons.

45 million is for us lot the fans so we don't think he's off on a song, he's a great squad player but not worth that much yet unless your a Saudi club

He's another pure profit transaction I reckon they'd take 30 mil for him come end of the month and be 😊

Apparently it's Newcastle.

That's nuts. The original asking price was too high and the new asking price is too low. Around £30m would be reasonable.

Depends who wants him. I doubt he plays lots this season so his value is only going to depreciate

Apparantly trev has been told the club will accept offers for him, and the price they are looking for is just 22mil 🙄. Reece james is injured already and will continue to get injured once hes back no doubt. So we will let go our best other option for rb for peanuts, and pray that gusto doesnt get crunched in a tackle, really great thinking.

Good thing is he would love to stay. If we can't find him a new home he is willing to wait his turn. Amazing squad player to have.

I wonder what it is I dont see. He’s now quite experienced (at least comparatively), comes from the academy, has decent pace, decent in the air, seems a good guy and does well whenever he gets an extended run in the team. However, none of our managers seems to really rate Trev that much so there must be something I’m missing?

Pochettino was very quickly confirming he wanted a new centre back after Fofana’s injury, so it seems he made a judgement call quite early on.

Thus far Disasi doesn’t seem to be an upgrade on Trev at all but of course - very early days

Confused by all of this, and if the rumoured asking price is true then I dont see the major financial upside either

My biggest issues with Chalobah is that he isn't very good when he is isolated in 1v1 situations, he panics. I also think his awareness from set pieces isn't great. He's perfectly fine as a squad option though and goes through a run of form every season where he looks excellent.

He used to sh*t his pants quite regularly in the big games also, he gave me major anxiety at the back when we were playing anyone decent, when he was up against Mane at Liverpool comes to mind.

So Thomas Tuchel wants him at Bayern. They approached us over a loan, we told them no loans only a permanent deal and are in talks over making thar happen.

Not much on rumoured fee. Previously we were quoted as asking Inter for 25mill euros.
