Sometimes mate I think it's just about being realistic. I'd missed the last few game so I had to go by highlights and general consensus. I knew we'd been bad recently I I think we would be this bad. 70 mins before a shot on target is bad even against a 5atb with no traditional striker on our team. The constant crossing confuses me considering none of our forwards are tall strange game plan.

We're never getting a pen there, I doubt the ref could see it

actually played better in the second half. Lack of a striker was really the issue. Even though we drew Im glad Kante and Kovacic are back, their presence is something to build on.

it is what it is, i think this season is a write off in terms of competing for the league. just hope we dont sack tuchel and give him a fair shot in a normal season

We could have shown some character by winning despite missing many players but this time James and Alonso just played poorly and that's it. Fighting for a top 3 finish from now on.

Agree on that but the areas he has his forward players playing in are not ideal. You also have the issue where everything seems to be to feet, when it should be give & go. There are videos online of Pep pulling Sane & Sterling aside during training and correcting their boy shape, telling them to open up their body to receive a pass, and spin the defender. Those changes have played out in real time in games and been effective. I just don’t see him improving them in that regards.

I'm not having covid or injuries as Everton proved, we still had a team of very expensive internationals on the pitch, more than enough to create a lot more chances than we did.

We were dreadful, sideways and backwards passing is so frustrating to watch.

Yeah. And they also lost 5 on a trot at home where they couldn't score to save their lives. Alteast we're drawing instead of losing. Don't know how long it will last. We're dropping away fast from the leaders.

Not sure why other games are getting postponed but were forced to play. COVID has really cost us players that could have made the difference in the last 2 games.

Unfortunately I think thats now the title gone. Hopefully we can win a cup this season and have a good go at the league next season
