La Liga has told Barcelona that they will not accept more levers, they need to sell or reduce wages if they want to register more players (including Kounde who I think hasn’t been registered yet).

Why they will let Aube and Depay go imo.

If I remember correctly, I read somewhere in the Spanish sports media that they desperately need de Jong to take a reduction in wages, more than letting Auba and Depay go. But with that puticlub, who knows what’s going to happen.

Let's not help them then and invest in Broja getting minutes instead. But someone less known like that dude Tetê from Lyon, he's probably better fit for us than Aubame and Depay.

Maybe why the club continue to keep an eye on De Jong.

Nowhere near Chelsea quality.

"Angus" Gordon is really trying hard today. Not that I can compare today's efforts with earlier ones, as I never paid any attention to him.

Do you mean Flash Gordon?

brace yourself flash gordon GIF

Dear oh dear, Everton 1-0 down and Lampard being sung to by Forest supporters (Sacked in the morning).

And Everton equalise! Frank may be getting his first point of the season.

Meanwhile, is we were to sign Gordon it would have to be for his future developement, as I don't see what he would bring to improve us right now. Yes, he runs a lot

The FSG retained the services of Michael Edwards. He was a key component in getting in players that suit Klopp's system. Klopp wanted Brandt instead of Salah. The FSG also brought in Klopp. Sure the Dalglish and Hodgson appointment wasn't what they hoped for but Rodgers was still a good signing for them. The decisions the FSG made were still footballing decisions just poor ones because Liverpool doesn't bring in that much money.

The Utd owners haven't learned how to run a football club yet. They hired bankers to run management, then hired managers with contrasting styles before laissez-faire-ing it along the way. The current Glazers don't really seem to be football fans or are they that enthusiastic about owning a football club really

I heard that story but it made no sense. Why sign Brandt when you have firmino and coutinho.

You think so? He can dribble very well from what I saw.

Bar Ben White, Arsenal’s 1st 11 is really good. Odegaard adds a lot of creativity to their side, which we are really missing. Problem is they are 1 or 2 injuries away from going to sh*t.

They take their chances, sadly like it or not they are a good side this season and will no doubt make top 4.

We have to get some more quality in to get there too.

Season begins in September. Let’s see how both Arsenal and Spurs manage Europe and domestic comps. They both have managers who are poor in managing both.
