Someone seriously needs to address the level of decision making. Unless it’s some terrible tactic 

1) We always hit the first man on corners 

2) Hit the first man, and the most awful of passes puts team in trouble 

3) When in trouble, we make a terrible decision and down to 10 men. 
 

it’s not one thing, it’s a series of events. Same with KK last week, or Mendy, or vs Spurs.

Playing the same team and expecting them to be any better ? 

We should totally change that corner routine, defensively it leaves us all over the place and it's led to as many goals conceded as we've scored since I remember. Kante's slip against Arsenal, Jorgi mistake against United, this red card... It seems there's always an incident each game after a corner.
