RLC doesnt have enough of an engine to get up and down the pitch. He’s a unit and is powerful but wont be everywhere. Also he never really seems to have the ball under control.

We've got problems throughout this team. We have been missing chances for fun for well over a year now. But add to that our defensive vulnerabilities and we are looking a real mess. I know we potentially have some new players to arrive, not to mention returning from injury. But Tuchel created the issue tonight with his team selection.

Jorgi as a dm when playing with a 4 at the back (a back 4 with an average age of 193 no less), plus Ziyech (not exactly known for his hard work) and RLC (not exactly known for his will to win and fighting ability to grind out a result).

Not 1 person on this forum would choose this team in this formation.

I honestly don't think he's fine in a back 3 

At 6th choice maybe but with Fofana in, Chalobah in reserve, Reece and Cucurella being able to play there I'd rather we just trusted a younger player.

Rather than try to desperately hope a player who's legs have gone can offer anything at all while we pay him 180K a week for 2 years.

This summer was the perfect time to end it for all parties.
