October 17, 20232 yr Genuinely needs to be an investigation into our medical department at this stage. Its beyond unnatural how many injuries we seem to stack up that last extortionate amounts of time.

I remember reading an article a year or so back about how City had poached the head groundsman from Leicester because of their playing surface. Wouldn't be surprised to see us spend big in that area.
December 27, 20232 yr If he's fit to start, then he is in ahead of Caicedo in the next game for me. He's just come back and he was more alert, playing passes and generally just moving better than Caicedo was all game.

He won't be fit to start Luton, bit if he was then likely would be Conor to the 10 and him with Caicedo.

Is Caicedo playing anywhere near his best ? No. But he's not doing as badly as many think. Wouldn't surprise me if he is a long way short of being 100% fit. If he had a fever at the weekend, then he's showing great commitment even to be out there this evening.

Bakayoko claims are wild.

You can easily get a high pass completion rate if you make 5 yard passes. He was awful, struggled under pressure badly and was barely moving. Lost his man when tracking back for their goal too.

Well he set up both Mudryk’s second chance and Jackson’s huge chance (great ball to Conor). Watching the highlights he had some really good progressive passes. He’s getting a lot more criticism than warranted, imo. One of our best players against Newcastle and Sheffield.

December 28, 20232 yr Medical team and player fitness are a joke. Can’t get any rhythm when these things continue to happen.
