No of Casadei, KDH or Enzo are anywhere near good enough to cover for Caicedo or Lavia in the PL, as we know Lavia is on a 1 game a week schedule.

We need Santos. Physically he is ready for the league.

As much as i'd like it there's no chance he comes back in jan without Enzo leaving. Hopefully Real Madrid throw some money at us when they're 10 points behind Barca. 

 

I’d imagine the owners will be desperate for him to succeed at Chelsea. It would be a good selling point for future young players that our model can actually work and within the same football group. It might quell the more critical Strasbourg fans if they get a decent conveyor belt of genuine talent on loan from Chelsea and first dibs on those that don’t make it here.

He looked a very good player pre season under Poch and I was surprised he struggled at Forest but he’s clearly quality.

I'm not surprised, a teenager from Brazil moving to England with limited family support, playing for a manager who didn't want him and refused to play him? English clubs are terrible at helping players adjust.

There is 0 incentive for forest to help him.

He should be called back this month.

We already have a young team so it doesn't make any difference in that regard, Andrey has the same fight in him as Gallagher and can play the full pitch as a complete midfielder.

Enzo needs multiple players to work around him and he'll still have bad positioning but you give a chance to A.Santos and both Caicedo and Lavia would be happier players.

I would prefer he stays out on loan. Coming back in January really could mess up his momentum. It's really hard to move and settle instantly in January.

I mean we have KDH and Casaedi, both players Enzo is supposedly happy with. Veiga can do there as well. 

If Enzo rated Lesley he would have kept him, it's not like he's done anything at Southampton to change his mind.

He clearly trusts Veiga only in defensive positions and KDH + Casadei have a combined 55 minutes in the league. 

Funny enough I thought Lesley was one of our better players at preseason.

To be fair our first choice midfielders have been undroppable so this is understandable for the most part. I can't think of any games where they should have started, maybe got a few mins extra as subs but I can't remember the last time Enzo did an early sub. I don't rate KDH, Casadei is salvageable but not in the role he is being asked to play, but after publicly saying he rates them then he can't complain and must use him.

He's doing a lot of that. Said Felix brings the crowds yet rarely plays him. 

For someone to close out games and rotate when necessary, I'd bring back Lesly 100% for the remainder of the season.

Let Santos develop and keep his momentum. We could get Olmo on the cheap, very good midfielder and with goal threat. He’d be a direct competition to Enzo and he would be starting imo,

We need him back. Now. Alongside Caicedo, with Lavia being the 3rd option.

Unlike a lot of the kids we have signed Andrey is actually very mature and experienced as a leader, both for his former club and captioning Brazil at several levels. He is even been Strsbourgs captain because he is a natural leader.

Enzo Fernandez is not the guy, maybe at a City with Pep he could be a top PL player, but for me he needs to go to Bayern or a Spanish side. He can look a top player there.

Here he is too slow, and he is not a leader despite being our "captain".

We need Santos in our team. Caicedo needs him.

Awful feeling the club want to sell him next summer.

The fact we don't want to recall him tells me the club are more worried about not wanting to tarnish his re-sale value. 

He should have been recalled already.  This is shocking mismanagement if we don't make this decision.

Maresca can always say that he couldn't get the team to perform due to injuries, so recalling A.Santos would make that excuse less possible, because only a politician trying to survive wouldn't recall A.Santos, otherwise it makes no sense...

 Bayern Munich have been linked to a summer move for him. Unlike Nkunku they have not been put off by a big price tag.

Leave him in France to develop for the rest of the season and recall Lesley as cover for the rest of this season. Sell Fernandez in summer and bring Santos back in to play next to Caicedo. Simples.
