Trawling around the media football sites, although not all the gossip is true, it's pretty obvious we / Pochettino are struggling to buy, but more so trying to sell. Because of all the insane contracts we gave to a lot of our squad nobody wants to match their salaries. And the players wont drop their demands. What a f**k up.

Mount, Kovacic, Havertz are gone. Koulibaly, Mendy, Ziyech and Aubameyang are heading to Saudi. Only Lukaku, Sterling, Cucurella and Kepa left !

It doesn't seem like we are struggling to sell at all. It's still only June and seems like most of our dead wood have a route out.

Lukaku will be going to inter again or Saudi Arabia. Pulisic looks most likely to go to ac Milan at the moment. 

Pulisic isn't going to hang around at Chelsea another year.

I don't think so. Being irrelevant at club level for another 12 months will harm him significantly financially in both the short term and long term. 

If he becomes a star at AC Milan, he can continue to act as the poster boy of US Soccer. 

 

Sterling has a lot to offer still. 

Whisper it quietly, but Sterling was arguably our best attacker when fit last season.

Regularly able to forge a chance or two per game for himself or a teammate in a side that had pretty much zero attacking cohesion. Obviously he didn't set the world alight and I'd hope he improves next season, but we'd be foolish not to keep him.

ACL's aren't as career ending as they used to be these days. Achilles ruptures that we saw with CHO and RLC are much worse, most players are back to normal after an ACL in 6 months these days.

Meniscus carry more long term affects than ACL. 

With ACL, it's all about rehab in the prevention you don't injure the muscle the ACL graft was taken from (Hamstring or Patella).

A year of his brand being damaged, when his status as the US poster boy comes under threat. And another year of not playing, he's going to get lower wage offers.
