4 mins for the penalty and blew after 2 mins when we are counter attacking .. the bald c**t Is incompetent or paid off by city..

In the one off context this is a great result against a fantastic team having 10 of their best 11 (stones missing).

Unfortunately our inability to produce against Bournemouth, Forest, Villa and Brentford means we really could have done with 3 points to make up ground.

5 behind this United team is embarrassing

In these types of games Gallagher is one of the first on the team sheet, his work rate is needed. Against teams playing a low block, I think we need Palmer in his position.

Or will it be Nkunku?

Yeah, can't argue with that. He's not the player to be in amongst a deep midfield, he's pretty much ineffectual. I'd be more happy to see us go with a front 2 with Palmer and Sterling wide behind.

Disasi was excellent.

Any chelsea fan that still wants Gallagher sold is a moron.

Thank you DKW. I look forward to watching the recording later.

In your opinion who, if anyone, is at fault for each City goal?

Bonkers game.

Great tenacity to get back into it 3 times against a much more fancied opposition. Let's hope we can build on it.

Some of our defence is sh*te though. Chilwell can't come back soon enough.

1st is the ref, never a penalty.

2nd looked like Silva or Enzo left their man wide open.

3rd I'd blame Poch for not sorting Cucurella being isolated, though I think it was his only mistake.

4th was a massive deflection after we'd defending their break well, just really bad luck.

We will get there with Poch I believe.

There will be bumps along the way but when the whole squad is settled into his way of playing we will be able to rotate like city do and still be effective.

On the 3rd it was Caicedo who let Halland roll him Ina completely non threatening situation.. 4th is silva being weak and throwing a lazy leg out.

Break comes at the right time for us.. couple of players coming back other like Reece, Broja, Badiashille getting time to get fitter..

I hope Enzo doesn’t play for Argentina he looked knackered and so did Caicedo..

Lavia and Nkunku will make a massive difference to this squad..

Marvellous fun, Cole Palmer is ridiculously good.

I thought sterling and Gallagher were our best 2 players, though no one had a bad game.

Disasi was very solid in defence too, an excellent game by him.

Really don't want to be critical of anyone after such a great game and very good team performance, but I was disappointed with Enzo and Caicedo. Enzo was good going forward but he lost possession a fair few times and was rather sloppy. Caicedo just doesn't do enough IMO. Expected him to boss games byt he seems happy to play second fiddle to Gallagher who has been the absolute pick of our midfielders this season.

So Disasi did ok or?....

Plenty still want him sold, some on here even.

Yes! Still doesn't look the most comfortable with the ball at his feet but he did okay against very strong opponents.

That's harsh on Silva, it was just a reflex move, no way you can blame him for that.

Agreed .. lazy is harsh I think it was a tired leg ..he doesn’t concede this in the first half.

Couldn't agree more, I like Gallagher in the big games because he always puts in a solid performance.

I always picked Ramires for the big and tough games but he would always struggle against the lower sides.

We play so much more exciting football when we're against positive, attacking teams.

We have the ingredients to a team and they can play together, need to sort out the defensive blips and we need clinical strikers so that we can play against defensive setups so we don't spend 90 minutes huffing and puffing only to lose because they score on their only break of the half.

I have the impression that Caicedo is playing within himself at the moment Nibs. In terms of actual ball winning, (something Kante was truly awesome at), Connor is doing it a helluva lot better IMO. Also Caicedo, when space opens up in front him, is running with the ball about as much as Jorginho! That has to change. Winning the ball with ease and carrying it forwards was something he was doing week in, week out at Brighton. There is still a lot more to come from him I feel.

Was a Chelsea manager, and will always be Chelsea.

Conte may have had a pop at Taylor while he was with us as well, not sure if that is right though.

Anyway I said if City were not at their best Taylor would help them out and sounds like he did.

Well not yammer on but I think the criticism on his comments towards Tottenham were unfair, he's fully committed to this project.

Rafa Benitez who many of us disliked wouldn't say a word when Luis Suarez cheated against the club, bit Ivanovic and scored a controversial last minute equaliser. Poch has stuck his neck out for us when needed. It's about time a Chelsea manager calls out Taylor, he needs to stop refereeing our games. Klopp has managed to get referees banned from Liverpool games, we should be doing the same.
