Someone with a sense of humour would have responded with the recipe. 🥧

Sorry I could not help you there--apple pie is really not my thing. 😉

I've heard so many fans and pundits siding with Maresca and wanting him to stay on, saying he's done a great job etc. Am I just a miserable bastard and choosing to see the bad rather than the good?

I think a lot of fans just don't want to start over again, because I can't believe the majority are happy with what they see, our football is miserable. The media are looking from the outside in, they don't really pay attention the same way we do.

I back him, it's the owners and SD's that are the clowns, not him! He is better than any other option this club will give us now!

Is he bo**ocks...

The football under Maresca is mostly dire, once a full moon we serve up something special.

Getting rid now would actually jeopardise our top four chances, given how the "upcoming" managers are struggling at big clubs. I honestly think better the devil you know for the rest of the season. Its world cup silly season and there'll be a few managers out of work..........

But if we’re talking pecan pie—in the spirit of the holidays—I’ve got a dangerously good recipe. Absolutely not healthy, though!

Here's the pie and crust recipe I use:

Pecan Pie
1cup Sugar
1cup Corn Syrup
1/3cup butter or margarine

melt until smooth then cool for 10 minutes and add:
3 eggs beat lightly
1tsp vanilla
1/4tsp salt

pour into crust and top with 1 and 1/4 cups of pecan halves.

Bake at 325 for 50 - 55 minutes.

Pie Crust:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup of crisco
1/4 cup ice water
pinch of salt

Mix crisco into flour until it's like cornmeal... Add water gradually until it forms a ball.

I'd rather have Southgate every single time than the clueless f**kwit we have now.

Palace know Glasner is out of contract and are interested in Rosenior

Genuinely believe this is propaganda started from within our media team, so that when we bring Rosenior in the PR machine will put it out how we fought off competition from a slew of PL clubs.

Is there any corroboration of this rumour from Palace people?

They don't even have to. BlueCo can just treat a journo to some fancy 3 star Michelin dinner and there'll be a random column on some rag saying "sources indicate Palace and Newcastle are among those interested in acquiring the (whatever nationality Rosenior is) "

Could be worse, just look at West Ham and Spuds...............................

It's things like this that make me worry less about Maresca and more about the board/SDs.

Either the likes of:
Jose Mourinho
Antonio Conte
Julen Lopetegui
Graham Potter
Nuno Espiritu Santo
Ange Postecogolou
Thomas Frank

are terrible coaches, or having clowns in management mean that coaches are forced into the same mistakes and never given the tools to thrive.
