"Nobody can prove it but i think even prime Barca would have big problems with that PSG side.

They are just so good and so complete on every position.
Every attacker and fullback is fast, a great dribbler but also has good passing and a high game IQ.
Their midfield consists of passing wizards that are also suprisingly good for their size against the ball.
Their CBs are great tacklers, have good discipline, barely make mistakes and are also good on the ball."

We have maybe 5 players with" high game iq" and one player with no game IQ. 🙂

Palace look like they have been treated badly by the powers that be, they are going to fight it but look up against it on a technicality.

Will be a big blow for them and they are already saying it wouldnt happen to Real Madrid Barcelona and other regular rule breakers.

They're just feeling sorry for themselves. United, City, Nice, and Getafe, they all had the same issue last season and they sorted it before the deadline by using the "blind trust" rule. Palace tried to do this, but they missed the March 1st deadline.

They had a way round it, same as other teams have, but they didnt get it done. It's their own fault.

As ever Scott put it better....

Stupid damn Scott....😅

They have the idiotic Textor to thank. Owns (or, now, owned) 40% of Palace but due to the vagaries of their owner partnership set up his control was minimal, something that caused ongoing tensions in the boardroom. He believed his minimal control obviated the need to act before March 1. That's what he argued to UEFA. They looked at the 40% and decide otherwise. Textor had already become a hate figure, now they'll be burning effigies. Or even him

Authorities in Zamora have said they believe the driver was likely speeding at the time of the crash. Evidence reportedly points to the vehicle “significantly exceeding the speed limit for the highway"

Quelle surprise.

I repeat again, whilst it is always a tragedy when young children lose a parent, this would not have happened had Jota made better life choices and driven a sensible car - instead of being reckless. His family must be fuming with him....

Still using someone’s death as a ‘gotcha’, you truly are the weirdest little man on here.

Commenting on something from 4 days ago....almost as if you are trying to start an argument. There is no gotcha here. Just reporting of what the authorities said.

I think it's fair that a lot of people's sympathy ends if the victim was speeding, as many of us have been affected on a personal level by the impact of drunk and dangerous driving.

If I see someone being a twat I’ll tell them, and you’re being a twat (again)

His tyre blew out and he’s dead mate. If you’re not sympathetic you’re a weirdo. Not sure what drunk driving has to do with it either, no ‘alleged’ drinking either.

The decisions people make on the road have consequences for themselves and especially others.

That being said, until the facts of the crash become clear it's all hypothetical discussion and there's nothing to be gained in further discussing it.

New kit deal reported for City, and a significant one at that. Time we sorted a front of shirt sponsor and maybe that long term Jordan kit deal.

Saw that. Crazy money.

You’d think ownership have been holding out until after the CWC. Surely there’s no way we are sponsorless first day of the season?

Understandable that because Puma are nobodies in this game and had to overpay big time if they wanted to keep hold of their biggest asset and stay relevant on this market.

The darlings preparing a 120m bid for Isak per Ornstein.

He would be their only summer signing, so it’s a bold move.

I’m basing that off the fact that Wirtz, Allison, VVD, Salah, Nunez, McAllister, Konate, Gravenbach, new left back - they all came thru the Liverpool academy, or so I’m told.

Looks like Man Utd made a 70m offer for Mbeumo.

70m. Christ. I’d say he’s worth 45m tops. He’s just had a very good season but he’s not going to score that many every season.

He strikes me as one of these players, like Andy Johnson, Bony at Swansea, Jelavic etc.

70M is crazy! They could have signed Gyokeres 🤣🤣🤣
