Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2024/25

Featured Replies

That has cheered me up. Wish I  could have watched it. On holiday in Italy and couldn't find a pub showing today's games or a stream, so had to follow the game on here. The TV in our hotel has 200+ channels but the only sport I could find was the NFL game from Spuds' stadium on an Austrian channel (they stopped their coverage with 3 minutes left for some reason).

Well at least of screw up today sees us lose no ground on Villa, Newcastle, Spurs and United in the battle for 4th.

It may end up being a top 5 battle this season. There is still loads of time for it to change, but England are currently top of the coefficient rankings. If things remain this way, England will get 5 spots in the Champions League.

So we need to cheer on Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham in Europe 🫢:sofa:

How did we go top so quickly after missing out last season?

Well we can help our own cause by winning the conference league no?

LOL, Havertz has played 90 minutes for Arsenal in each PL and UCL game this season and now suddenly has a 'knee problem'. In other words, "We are going to ensure we don't have an Odegaard situation again". Something needs to be done about these international games because club/players take it in turns to pull out. Some of the games are utterly pointless. Most the fans don't want it and the players obviously don't as well. I will tell you something though, a miracle will happen and Havertz will be fit for their game against Bournemouth after the international break.

I hope that it has been noted that famed 'socialist' and 'man of the people' Jürgen Klopp has signed up to be 'Head of Global Soccer' at Red Bull: https://www.redbull.com/gb-en/juergen-klopp-joins-red-bull.

I assume Liverpool's tedious historic claim to moral authority will continue unabated, but it might be healthy for any sapient fans to know that he folded far more quickly than self-appointed tutter-in-chief Arsène Wenger, who is also now working hard for the people making football worse in the interests of the people who generally make everything else worse.

I do feel for Leeds fans, who have had the culture shock of transitioning from Bielsa to Red Bull while somehow becoming less successful.

Who are the winners here exactly?

It's all for show. Henderson going to the middle east after his pro LGBTQ stance was the start of it.

Only a few years after he claimed he could never work for a multicultural organisation, hypocritical gurning prick. Unsurprisingly he's been given a totally easy ride by the sycophantic vermin in the media over it.

He's not been so lucky in Germany, many Dortmund fans have disowned him.
