It's hard to excited about this, even 3 nil up. It wouldn't even surprise me if the players felt the same. Maresca has to lift the players even more and make them realise what great players they are.

What is really baffling is that even against such a weak team and already scoring 3 goals, i cannot wrap our heads around the fact that Palmer has been the worst player by far. He needs to resurrect in the 2nd half, for his own sake mostly.

It was the protests wot dunnit......woke the team up 👍

Turns out the tactics we need to win is simply to make sure we play against the worst defence in the league.

We might even get a win ….. and a clean sheet .

I'm not worried about Palmer. He's just going through a bad patch, it was always going to happen eventually, even Hazard went through these periods. He'll sort it out eventually.

We were crying out for a (touch wood) gimme like this. We desperately need some confidence, and a run like playing the current bottom two at home and two Conference League games is exactly what we need.

Come on boys, run up the score and get some goodwill flowing around the stadium (apart from towards BlueCo).
