3 points- never in doubt

Absolutely!

Good subs too - looked far more secure once Santos was on...

They'll feel they should have got something out of it but they didn't ... that's football lol

Would we have won it with the bald clown in charge ? Not a chance imho 😁

Good result, pretty poor performance. Both goals handed to us. I know it's early but there doesn't look to be much of a bond between the manager and any of our players looking at their responses to his embraces. Rosenior needs to spend less time ticking off the boxes from the David Brent handbook of man manager and actually focus on bonding with these kids

Always going to be a difficult one that... time will tell.

One of the worst performances seen by the team.. improved once we actually decided to tackle.. also tactically we were very suspect today.. simple kept playing the ball over the top to the sides and we kept getting caught out.. for front 4 of pedro palmer neto and Garnacho who provided no pressing this was easy for Brentford .. very very lucky 3 points..

Tottenham booed off, Frank looks distraught, Gallagher played the full game

Amazing isn't it. Frank worked wonders with Brentford then goes to a club with better facilities, stadium, finances, players etc and he can't catch a break. Something wrong in that club

I caught over a season ago Frank being interviewed by Lineker, said he was happy at Brentford and did not want the stress of managing a big club. Well perhaps Spurs are no longer a big club yet their fan base does have high hopes.

He might not last the season.

Or maybe Brentford’s structure is spot on and Frank was less important than everyone thought? The current manager is matching Frank with an arguably lesser squad.

It's funny when a new player joins they always seem to lose. Like a quick dose of reality quickly hits.

So sounds like a fluke win due to Brentford poor finishing and 9 times out of 10 we lose, or maybe draw, that game, fair?

Only real difference to Maresca era was that Rosenior made better substitutions. When we were right up against it and it seemed inevitable we would concede Rosenior didn't wait until we had conceded. Took off a very ineffective Garnacho and brought on Santos to try and gain a bit more control of the game. Delap coming on was the right swap too.

Spot on. I had Andrews down as one of the first casualties. Fair play to him. He is on course for manager of the season in my book, looking at the hand he was dealt. The fella Thiago, up top, would walk into most prem teams.

I'm thinking that while BlueCo are in charge then no manager is gonna be popular with fans. Too much interference from upstairs.

Although i dislike a lot of the ownership I don't believe for one second egdbali & Co are telling the manager how to play. These people are billionares and they got that way with good delegation and picking people to do jobs they are qualified above them to carry out, hence the medical team saying how fit players are.

The manager already looks weak to me and it will take a serious upturn in our style of play, and discipline to change my mind

Very surprising some of the negative vibes here ... always going to be a bit scrappy

And after the shyte we had with Maresca... 3pts and a clean sheet is good day at the office.

I was at the game and came away feeling fairly positive. I’m always surprised how negative it is here. Thought we were more solid than we have been of late and created a few chances. It’s easy to focus on the negatives but we have some winnable games coming up and have a good chance to make some progress.
