As much as I love Lampard is anybody starting to feel as if he's a bit of a weak link in the centre nowadays? He looks slower, his passing looks sloppier and he just seems to be getting preferential treatment due to him being one of Jose's old boys. Anybody else think that we should give KDB a go at CM?

That is how i see it. When Lampard is rotated he plays a lot better, we seen it last season. I want Lampard to stay at Chelsea for the rest of his career but i don't want him playing every game because when he does his form dips massively.

I still think we play better with him on the pitch, especially against weaker opposition who never have the ball when Mikel/Essien are a bit redundant.

There seems to be a correlation between Lampard being abused on these boards and him going on a scoring run. Happens every year.

His passing was brilliant last night - just shouldn't play twice a week, but when he doesn't play Mikel and Ramires aren't capable of playing the type of passes Lamps is capable of. It's been a pretty up and down season so far - but it looks like he is getting into form at the right moment. His movement inside the box is still stellar just doesn't have the mobility to be a danger constantly like he used to. 

Loved the back heel assist for Hazard's second last night.
