Any idea how many Scouse Mafia will be on the MOTD panel tonight? It's going to be glorious to watch as I bet they've gone there expecting to wax lyrical about another fantastic Liverpool performance  :laugh2:

Also I'd like to give a big thank you to pretty much everyone in the media who claimed we wouldn't be able to live with Liverpool today at Anfield.

Just can't stop laughing.

I loved the bit when the camera panned across the stand, Carragher, Rush, Dalglish, Hansen - all looking ashen faced. Laughed? I nearly cried!

That was indeed delightful, although Rush seemed clueless, happily smiling and chatting to Hansen :-)

Where

Did u find that slawth?

Seen it on twitter, I don't know how to link twitter feeds but it was retweeted by 'chelseayouth' twitter page, not official  but it updates a lot.

Fantastic, simply fantastic! Our "B" team, they said. It... Doesn't... Matter... 2-0.

I think I lost my voice screaming after both goals. Our defence, Mou's plan, execution, it was just all brilliant.

If we cannot win the title, I hope City do.

Stevie "Me" Gerrard, Chelsea assist machine. I'm going back to smiling uncontrollably and laughing at more Twitter posts.

KTBFFH! Wednesday is next.

Shed Enders you are all looking particularly gorgeous this afternoon.

Gerrard slipping could lose Liverpool the title? So delicious, it can't be healthy for a diabetic.

BBC reporting it as a "sly dig" at pundit Jamie Redknapp - it's about time the journos and pundits learned how to suck it up

Mixed bag with Demba Ba.

Kept cool and camly finished.

Bullied the CBs Drogba-like.

Made a mess of some good attacks and looked knackered from about 70mins onwards.

So they can give out criticism but they can't receive it ? they need to grow a pair.

So bittersweet, games like last week cost us, even a draw would of meant city and Liverpool only needed draw. As much as I wanna enjoy the result I can't get past the frustration of dropping stupid points.

Having sakd that is still the most satisfying win all season.

Couldn't agree more. We can take a lot of pride from this game, but in my view the title was blown last week.

Still for today, it was incredible. So many people peeved off at us, and Mourinho proved once again that he is one of us. That in my opinion is the most important thing.

He played virtually the team and system I expected and wanted, so in that respect I am pleased.

I also think the Liverpool crowd went a long way to losing the game for them today. Instead of backing the team, there were endless groans when they were spewing the ball away. Compare that to Chelsea against PSG. The fans stuck with the team all night and believed despite the dwindling odds that we'd get something.

We sucked the energy from the game, made the fans nervous and made their players frustrated, none more so than Gerrard with his ridiculous amount of shots.

A great day, but in my view, it will prove to be insignificant in terms of our chances of winning the league this year.

Credit to the following players:

Ba, Schwarzer, Mikel and Cole.

All big name players in their own right and have been given very little opportunity this year, but when called upon recently they've given their all and put in good performances. We don't know how lucky we are to have a manager and players who buy into a team ethos.

Jamie Redknapp is the wetess, most dull pundit but gets the prime time slot. He has his favourites and hardly gives credit to the other 'big' teams, atrocious he gets paid for his 'opinion'.

That was torture...torture that was both hilarious and fun.

Went with a plan, played out the plan to perfection.

Cesar and Branislav were amazing. Schwarzer commanded his area. Ash was as solid as ever. Kalas...debut...brilliant.

Matic, Mikel and Lampard held down the midfield. Schurrle and Salah did their jobs defensively. Ba was bad...but scored a goal, so can't complain.

It was hilarious to see Liverpool tear their hair out looking for a way through a perfectly parked bus. And seeing Gerrard shoot a thousand times to no value to try and make up for his comic tumble. Good times.

Sky's interviewer actually asked Lampard he he felt Chelsea should apologise for the way we played... un-f**king believable.
