Liverpool have signed a 19-year old Joe Gomez from Charlton...nothing huge. Just wanted to remind us all how great club they are. Bringing youth through the ranks and not trying to buy the best young players like some filthy clubs in this country...

I know some people take this piss, but I've got a lot of time for him. Some of the characters on that channel are the worst type of supporters, but he's a proper fan in my opinion. Lives and dies by the results but is also genuine enough to give credit to other clubs, especially our's.

 

Whilst others seem to have an obsession with us, he actually makes some fair points and isn't afraid to criticise his own club. Hope he gets the help he needs because that club can't afford to lose a single decent supporter.

I only say this as a young woman jumped off a railway bridge in a nearby village this week, an old boy tried to save her; he died she survived. Awful.

Jesus that's awful. Friend of mine died today he was on life support for a few days. Just collapsed walking down the street. Life is so precious. As for Claude if he is suffering from depression hopefully he sorts he's head out. Depression is a horrible thing I suffered a small bit with depression when I was younger horrible time.

While we are on that subject I couldn't agree more. My Youngest Son ( 34 years old ) suffered a cardiac arrest on his way into Wembley Stadium for the CoC final. Kudos to the Paramedics on duty that day who literally saved his life.

What a stressful time for you all that's must have been. We recently watched An Hour to Save Your Life, what those people do day in day out is phenomenal.

He's doing ok thanks BG. Had a defribulator fitted and ticking along. I said he should have given me his ticket in the first place !
