May 18, 201511 yr Who here would take Sterling? I think I would to be honest. My no.1 choice, if we get another AM, would be Griezmann, but Hazard - Willian - Sterling would be very good too. All 3 can play in all of the AM positions and would be able to interchange. Even if we don't get him we at least drive the price up for City or whoever ultimately do sign him. Laughable. Raheem "nap time" Sterling is this generation's Aaron Lennon. Can't think of an AM we need less.
May 18, 201511 yr Well I'd certainly take Sterling over Cuadrado! Took the words right out of my mouth

If his finishing/composure in the box wasn't so bad I would take him. He's got great passing and vision to go along with that pace, guess it's asking too much to have the full package at his age.
May 18, 201511 yr I actually think Sterling would benefit from a Jose Mourinho but I just really hate his whole attitude so unless we couldn't get others in and got him I wouldn't take him. However looking at Cuadadro right now maybe I would just take him.

May 18, 201511 yr If we did sign Sterling he would get slated at every ground around the country just like Ashley Cole did
May 18, 201511 yr Sterling would be a gamble. It would all depend on how he would respond to Jose but if it was a straight choice between Raheem and Cuadrado...

The guy has featured in an incredible number of minutes yet certain people bring up his 'attitude' when those close to him say he's not a bad kid. I could hazard a guess at what this is but I'll let you explain.
May 18, 201511 yr Sterling has massive potential and from those who know him, he seems to have a good attitude to the game. The price would be a gamble though and some of the people associated with him could be trouble. Him in our atmosphere though... It's a tantalising thought.

I could hazard a guess at what this is but I'll let you explain. His attitude is clearly poor, you can tell by the way he carries himself on the pitch when things aren't going his way. Also the break thing and the fact he's out clubbing. Oh wait what's this Blue Daze starting another argument, yawn!

Oh wait what's this Blue Daze starting another argument, yawn! I've been consistent on this point and even on Sunday he didn't duck despite having a poor game. He kept looking for the ball, he looked busy and he didn't bottle anything. Sorry to break it to you, but players go to clubs. He took a break which we always say young players should yet you keep bringing up his attitude. Yet those close to him say the opposite. Maybe you're judging him to much on his appearance.

May 18, 201511 yr "Sky Sources: Sterling feels 'bullied' into signing new contract & feels club have failed to protect him from negative headlines #SSNHQ" I hope to god that isn't his sole reason for wanting to leave.

May 18, 201511 yr haha this one is even funnier every other word Brenda says is 'okay' he also says to remember one thing: ' we can only trust ourselves - no one else' then, contradicting the previous sentence he says 'we can also trust the supporters because they're the best' then 'You can trust your families at home'

The club leaking stuff and Rodgers talking about his contract was massively unprofessional so he does have a point. Some might think it's him showing attitude, acting like a thug or something but if they have an employer then they'll understand how unprofessional stuff like this is. I also think he sees the writing on the wall at Liverpool and wants out. It's a sensible move. Edited May 18, 201511 yr by Blue Daze
May 18, 201511 yr I wish Sterling announced this on Sunday just before the game against Crystal Palace, that would have been hilarious. Edited May 18, 201511 yr by Scott Harris
