July 23, 201510 yr with the way cahill and terry have spoken about giving them both hard times with his movement, positioning etc, i really think he will be brilliant for us. let us be honest, terry and cahill are two of the best defenders in europe, so if they're being given a hard time by any striker, then he must be doing something right. with hazard, oscar, fabregas, willian, traore etc around him, i think he'll do really well. i have no doubts about his abilities at all tbh.

July 23, 201510 yr EL TIGRE JETS INTO THE BIG APPLE Radamel Falcao has joined up with his new Chelsea team-mates. The Colombian flew into Newark Airport in New York, with the striker joining on a season-long loan from Monaco after Manchester United turned down the chance to sign him on a permanent deal. http://www.skysports.com/iframe/widget/video/YwNHhmdjowUAoZ4qE1JjEOvhtkNThyGK#ooid=YwNHhmdjowUAoZ4qE1JjEOvhtkNThyGK

July 23, 201510 yr I thought as much! Although now that the post has been deleted it does make you like like a mad dog that's barking at thin air! It's most fun when there isn't their own post preceding it, so you see some innocent posters opinion then someone telling them f off
July 23, 201510 yr It's probably my pre-season optimism kicking in but I'm feeling better about this signing now. It could end up proving to be the shrewdest signing in the Premier League this season.
July 23, 201510 yr It's probably my pre-season optimism kicking in but I'm feeling better about this signing now. It could end up proving to be the shrewdest signing in the Premier League this season. I actually agree that it could be, even though I have almost zero faith (blame the Torres signing for that) I do think there is a possibility he could (and I hope he does) provide the doubters wrong. Prof he's able to get anywhere near 20 goals next season it could be a major difference in the title race.

July 23, 201510 yr i wasn't overly impressed with neither remy nor costa yesterday, so i am pinning some faith on falcao to show us what he's made of vs psg
July 23, 201510 yr He was easily one of the most lethal forwards in the world a few years ago...If he could even get to half of that level he would still be one of the best strikers in the League Porto - 87 games 72 goals Atletico - 91 games 70 goals Absolutely lethal
July 23, 201510 yr We can only give him a try I suppose. I have a lot more confidence in Jose signing him than I have if it was avb or scolari signing him, then I would be spitting feathers. If he bangs in anything over 10 goals next year then it’s a good deal. Jose's ego will be well stroked. Good luck Falcao
July 24, 201510 yr i wasn't overly impressed with neither remy nor costa yesterday, so i am pinning some faith on falcao to show us what he's made of vs psg It was a friendly, shouldn't you be judging Costa and Remy on last seasons performances rather than a meaningless friendly ? Also, Remy scored and looked very lively in the 45 minutes he played and if Costa was sharper in the second half he could easily have had a hat trick. Edited July 24, 201510 yr by Scott Harris
July 24, 201510 yr Former Chelsea striker Hernan Crespo has had his say on the Falcao signing: "There is a big difference between Falcao before and after his injury," "Before the injury, he was the best of the 'human players' - all players apart from Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, who are on another level." "After such an injury, you need time and it's not easy to recover," "It won't be easy for him. Jose doesn't give presents away. "All Falcao has to do is to believe in himself and be the great player he is. That will be enough to convince Mourinho to give him a chance. "He was probably not the kind of player Van Gaal was looking for," "You have to take your chances if you want to play regularly. We will see what happens at Chelsea." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33638562
July 24, 201510 yr Remember when he destroyed our defence in the supercup final. Absolute beast. Hope he can restore some of that form under Jos?.
July 25, 201510 yr Here's wishing Radamel every success at Chelsea, we need to get behind him and help him rediscover as much of that lethal forward play that he demonstrated against us in Monaco in 2012 - Keep the Faith people.
