That is ridiculous, how can they not be charged for that ? it's vandalism. Has Arsenal become the F.A's favourite team or something? they seem to be letting them get away with everything at the moment.

Do clubs normally get charged for the actions of fans? I can't remember it happening but would gladly be proved wrong.

Think clubs can be fined for failing to control their fans. 

 

Not sure it works with away supporters though.
