December 9, 201510 yr Naingollan won't be available in Jan; roma aren't stupid. Gonna be tough to get decent quality in Jan.
December 9, 201510 yr Naingollan won't be available in Jan; roma aren't stupid. Gonna be tough to get decent quality in Jan.True. Personally, I feel the club won't invest in Jan.
December 9, 201510 yr That Brahimi bloke looks a quality player, not sure where he could fit in though.
December 9, 201510 yr I'd snatch Aboubakar from them if we're looking for a striker. He'd fit right in for us. 25m and Remy, thank you very much
December 10, 201510 yr Both Korona and Brahimi looked at least two times as sharp as Hazard. Brahimi looks a nightmare to mark, can't tell which way he's going and such quick turning ability. Has he got many goals in him, though? Imbula is another one. It's like watching the black Matic.

Has he got many goals in him, though? 4 goals in 17 appearances this season. 13 in 42 the season before and 3 in 36 in la liga the season before that.
December 10, 201510 yr I would like us to get another central mid though. Because we will need a solid midfield for the CL, and with matic unavailable for first leg that adds to the need for one.
December 10, 201510 yr pato was at the bridge yesterday a realistic target for sure, his milan days are far gone, could be another falcao but hey you never know he's still 26
December 10, 201510 yr I read something or other suggesting that he's been thriving recently for Sao Paulo, but while playing as an inside-left.

December 10, 201510 yr That Brahimi bloke looks a quality player, not sure where he could fit in though. He's a player who look's like we would give fullback's a problem, but when it comes to delivering the final ball, he is very hit and miss, but more on the side of miss rather than hit.
December 12, 201510 yr Author I think Emenalo is doing all the recruiting this January, Jose is concentrating on turning things around. I think this is the way it has gone before actually but more than ever Jose is more of a passenger. I think we'll do some moves but nothing major.

December 12, 201510 yr Cuadrado and salah are very dangerous aswel until they get told to stop it and "track back" The only danger Cuadrado posed was the risk of falling over onto a team mate.

December 13, 201510 yr Author Purely on feeling. No real info what so ever. Just came to me when Jose talked about not buying anyone on January. He said it differently than before. It felt like he was glad sharing the responsibility of recruiting to others as the results have been bad lately.
December 13, 201510 yr OK, I've a similar feeling so wondered if you knew something. Though I also thinknjose has had a bit of a campaign using the media to make sure he has control of transfers
December 14, 201510 yr Cheikh Ndoy. :) The answer to all problems. (I shouldn't laugh. He might be the real deal... Although he is more likely to be another Papy.) Edited December 14, 201510 yr by GhostOfDembaPast
December 14, 201510 yr If Falcao leaves. Pato should be a priority, a realistic signing who can play in the champions league. He is also quite versatile and because of the situation we are in, this is the type of signing along with someone like Teixeira we should be making. I think we can rule out the likes of Pogba, Griezmann for a season or 2. It will be even harder to sign players from premier league teams next season due to the TV deal, so the likes of Stones and Barkley will go for astronomical fees. It would be nice to bring back the likes of Bamford and Solanke instead of Pato but as history shows I don't think we will do that. It will be an interesting window for sure. December 15, 201510 yr Who is good enough right now? Anyone would walk into our starting 11. Hes flourishing in Brazil and has been injury free for a while. If people are thinking we are going to sign the likes of Pogba and Griezmann. Think again. We wont get any of the targets we were after in the summer unless we pay world record fees. The Pato's of this world are our best bet. I can see us making panic buys in Jan, he fits the bill. I would love to put youth first but i just dont see that happening. I think we are going to take a risk on some players with the hope they bring some life into the squad. I do think we need an experienced head in the squad. Someone in the mould of Tiago who we were linked with not so long ago.
December 15, 201510 yr Pato would have been great 3-4 years ago.I think we should go for Nolito/Mahrez,and in the summer we should try and if possible break the bank for Dybala.
