I personally feel the Managers should be given 1 referral per match. If they are not happy with a decision they can challenge it, unsuccessful challenge they lose the referral otherwise they can challenge as many times as they want.

Having a father that supports Liverpool and x amount of Manchester United supporting friends I'm constantly hearing comparisons between SFL/gerrard/scholes but even they have to admit he's an all round better cm.

Yeah and I don't disagree with that. I said the best player I have ever seen, I didn't directly bring up Messi or anyone else for that matter. My issue was with Kiwi who had to reply to two seperate posts one of which was very much implying that my opinion was wrong.

People are strange, I've argued my point that Lampard was better than Gerrard, to kill people and vandalise statues over it, very bizarre behaviour. Some of the youth in this day and age follow players instead of clubs and become obsessed with them, they need their heads tested.

A great goal too. Juve make everything look so easy at times. 

Also, did Dani Alves want to leave Barcelona or did they just get rid of him because he was getting a bit old ? The guy has been world class for Juve. Every time i see him play for them he is playing well.

Its a great example of a player that was older but still had something to give. You see it alot when we are linked with an older player and no one wants him because of his age but imagine if we had alves right now instead of Moses (who I love). I think he's the kind of player to take you to another level.

Monaco's football not faring that well so far against one of the "big boys". So far only Mbappe looks class, Bakayoko looks good, Silva meh.  Not really impressed with the match, much more quality last night IMO.

I was just going to say that Bakayoko was having a poor game and he makes a mistake. I'm not sure he is good enough for us. I hope we aren't seriously going for him, there are much better players out there.

Another goal by Higuain. Another assist from Alves. Damn. I kinda wanted Monaco through but happy for Buffon.

I would feel sorry for Dave if Alves was playing RWB all season, Alves would be f**ked by December. For the premier league I would rather have Moses.

One game doesn't make him poor, his easily an upgrade on Matic.

I'm not basing it on one game though. Even against City i was saying he looked average. He scored, but he didn't play well. Look's quite lazy and doesn't look concentrated at times too.

have we all been overrating monaco this season? the first elite team they come against their players have struggled. 

Ajax have one foot in the final from winning 4-1. I was hoping Lyon would go through, reckon they would be a tougher match for United

Juventus are pretty damn good to be fair. They control games better than any other team. Monaco are a young side too, they are still learning. If they can keep this squad together, they will only get better.
