Lets stop comparing last season as it was a sh*t storm. One clean sheet in 5 premier league games. Most of the goals we've conceded with our first team out have been good goals. Obviously at the start of the season there is always going to be mistakes, people take time to get back into form, manager needs to get his ideas accross, new players need to gel, etc etc. Very few teams keep clean sheets at the start of season. BTTS betting at the start of a season is a great way to win money ;-)

All i'm saying is making an obversation at this point like "OMG we won't finish top four because we conceded 2 incredibly stupid goals in the carling cup" is a really stupid observation. Calm your tits.

We sorted one issue in the Summer and that was getting Kante in, this is what we get for not sorting the major issues in the team

Moral is Cahill and begovic are both suspects.

Agreed. No point in having a defender who is poor at his job but occasionally sets up goals. Should be dropped when Zouma returns from injury

Even last season, I don't think I saw us play as bad as we have today and last week, since the 0-3 drubbing against City early in the season.

Defence is useless, 2 clean sheets in 25 games.

No game plan whatsoever, just pass it around aimlessly between the defence and then hoof it straight back to Leicester.

good from both cahill and luiz there for our goal.

we started well, should've had a pen, inches from a goal from the long pass to pedro from luiz which was looking good, he was getting in quite well.

then a couple of shambolic goals and we totally lost control. this is a clearly brittle squad still. we seem to still be suffering PTSD from last season.

at the moment JT is therefore perhaps our most important player aside from hazard. however much protection he needs, we need to accommodate him.

When you consider how much of a reminder this defence is of last season, it really does point out how integral Kante is to our team this season.

Terrible first half defensively once again. We'll score goals, but it's not going to be enough if the defence can't keep anything out. Every time Leicester come forward, panic set's in at the back. I also think Leicester are slicing through our midfield far too easily, just like every team was doing last season when we had a Matic and Fabregas as a partnership. Fabregas and Matic doesn't work anymore. A stronger player with better defensive attributes needs to play next to Matic and Fabregas needs to play further forward. It's like being a man down with this Fabregas and Matic partnership. I want Fabregas back in the team, but not next to Matic.

Midfield needs changing, get Chalobah on for Matic, take Csec off and drop RLC into his position next to Chalobah, and put Hazard on in RLC place.

Must admit I like Moses in the team. Offers pace, power and direct running - and hence a much better offensive threat on that right hand side than Willian, and he scores more goals as well.
