West Brom are no pushovers.  An excellent manager.  They are essentially the best of the rest this year.  Will be a hard game

Still surreal to me that we can clinch the title tonight. Gutted i'll miss this one though. 

Analogy to our season end:

Three attempts at the coconut shy for the title, the first throw from 6 metres away, the second throw from 2 metres away, the final throw is 1 metre away.

Then after that we go over to the 'hook a duck' and have half hour to hook a duck for the double.

Today's the day!

I'm not one bit worried about tonight. The players know whats at stake and Conte has them well drilled and focus. I'm hoping for a win and a clean sheet but I'd talea 95th min offside, handball winner right now if offered.

I cant wait to see Conte celebrating like a mad man when we're confirmed champions.

Get this game out of the way and we can wrap players in cotton wool for the cup final, our 2nd string is still better than about 14 sides in the league.

What I'd play for Watford and Sunderland, if we get tonight out of the way.

I cancelled going to a dinner in a restaurant with lots of friends for someone's Birthday tonight. They were not amused but there was no way I was going to miss this match. We might be Champions after tonight and I want to see that. Of course Pullis and West Brom will have other ideas. This is their Cup Final and they won't want us to win on their patch and clinch the title. It's going to be a tough match. Pullis was at Stamford Bridge on Monday, probably plotting to stop us from scoring. I expect a physical game and dirty tactics from West Brom. Pullis will park the quadruple decker bus. He isn't going to make it easy for us. Fingers crossed for tonight that we do it.

I think we will be toasting for the league title in 10 hours time. Put all the pre-talks aside, they really don't have much to play for, and we got everything to play for. Their form hasn't been good lately, most of them are in holiday mode by now. I have no doubt Pullis will park the bus and play dirty, after all he does have a reputation to spoil a party. But, I'm confident we will do the job and bring the bacon home by the end of the night.

So this one game might just wrap up the league for us and I am so hoping for it. I am sure our lads recognise it and are eager to complete the job as well.

I think it's better to be under-confident than over, so I think I'll just stop here and hold my breath for a few hours until the final whistle.

Leaving work early this afternoon to get the match in. All decked out in my Blues gear sipping coffee out of my Chelsea mug this morning! It can only mean good things!!

I have no idea what you are talking about but I understand your meaning up until the duck bit. Please tell me it's some kind of English tradition where you go out and throw literal hooks at ducks 

Oi Kansas City - its a carnival/ fairground game, bunch of rubber ducks floating in a tin bath with O rings glued to their backs and you try and hook them to win 2 bob (crappy) prizes

Bugger i thought i could watch it here, but the channel has cut off now, wants a subscription will have to find a pubben. 

Gonna be a good one, would be good to win all the rest of the games just to get a nice little win record as well
