Any dressing room issues? 

Right now it's all about damage control. Let's stay in contention for top 4 until the transfer window opens. We need to grind out matches like we did today for a while. Squad overhaul is needed as the 15/16 season shades are creeping up. Some of these players don't have the right mindset. 

The scary thing was that this was Roma.

They are a decent side yes but by no means a top side like Bayern, Madrid, Atletico ECT. They totally out played us at our home ground and should have easily won tbh.

This is the third woeful performance in a row with no sign whatsoever of a response from the team Conte is picking. That's a huge worry 

played too deep, and just couldn't get out. Conte got his tactics wrong again, although it is hard to criticize when he has so few options. 

The tactics just felt very negative, even after pulling back to 3-3, he brought hazard off who was on a hat trick, and it seemed like we happy with the draw. 

3 games on the spin we have been outplayed. Something needs to change, because we look a totally different team from the one that beat Atlético. 

Thought we looked a lot better when Rudigar came on no idea why Conte doesn't start him.

Exactly but the board will make him the scapegoat and sack him for our poor form.

Has to be said that the ever reliable Azpilicueta is in probably the worst form of his Chelsea career. That Kolarov goal should never have even gotten to the point where he took a shot.

We were lucky to escape with a draw. Conte is stressed and is beginning to make stupid mistakes. Our two best players were  Hazard and Luiz......so what does Conte do? He takes them both off and leaves Fabregas on. Cesc did sweet FA. I despair for this team. Conte  isn't making things easy with his team  selections and tactics but we have'nt got a deep enough squad to challenge on all fronts. Roma wer ll  over us and a number of players  did'nt cover themselves in glory. Things are not looking good at the Bridge.

For football fans, it was a fantastic match to watch, but we as fans can be disappointed because our best minutes came only after Hazard's second goal. When we pressed them we could see that Roma's defence is shaky and we could steal more. Our high press came too late, we can be better but we were too defensively.

Very poor performance, to not get a win out of that after being 2-0 up is really disappointing. 

We are really struggling this season. That is 5 games out of 12 this season where we have been poor. We aren't even controlling games anymore, we are just relying on counter attacks. We have two of the best attacking players in our team in Hazard and Morata, but most of the game they are feeding off scraps because our defence and midfield can't cope with being pressed.

From a defensive point of view, we are all over the place. I can't help but feel that Conte is going to be left with no choice but to make big changes, these tactics and the formation isn't working for him anymore. Playing out of the back has never looked great for us, but this season it has been much worse, we are constantly under pressure and we are just losing the ball all of the time. The worst part is that we continue to persist with it. If it isn't working, then stop doing it!!  Why repeat the same thing over and over again if it's not going to work?

We have been found out in this formation and i think it needs a change, because if we don't then we are going to be in the same position we always seem to find ourselves in after winning a title, struggling our way through 90% of our games.

Don't understand the love for the 2 man midfield with Fabregas. Matic's form consistently suffered playing alongside Fabregas and Bakayoko will go down the same road if Kante doesn't recover soon. Conte can always introduce Fabregas at half time if he sees the other team sitting deep but starting him makes us lose hold over the midfield and causes instability right through the system.

I think Conte's inexperience is starting to show. There was absolutely no reason to take Hazard off for Willian of all people. Especially when Hazard was up for the fight and was probably motivated to get a hattrick. 

Bit of a rollercoaster of a game that one.

 

I don't know why, but at 2-0 up i said "they'll make it 3-2, so we better not take Eden off."

I think the defence is extremely exposed without Kante in front of it.  We conceded more once Luiz wasn't providing that cover, so my only hope is that we don't think what we have in the middle is adequate.

I also thought it was telling that Conte didn't celebrate the first goal.  Something just doesn't feel right, and if Conte truly is falling out with the board, I'll be sad to see we aren't backing another great manager.

Speaking of, I saw Carlo was at the game tonight.  Are the club that blatant in their undermining?

Never seen a title winning team be so ruthlessly cut to pieces in the midfield since... oh wait, two years ago. De ja vu.

I'm quite appalled by what I witnessed tonight and it's left me more annoyed than the Palace result. They're a good team and fair play to them, but we showed absolutely no balls tonight. Barely put in a f**king tackle and I lost count of the amount of times one of theirs skipped past about 3 of ours effortlessly and got into a great position. Was quite painful to watch in all honesty.

Secondly, never seen a professional footballing side be so, so utterly inept at passing the ball out from the back. If you made a video of all the times the ball went out to the defenders, got passed around a couple of times then was hoofed out of play by Courtois, it would make for some seriously grim viewing. Add in the Benny Hill theme and it would be genuinely great comedy.

P.S if Bakayoko would stop giving away needless free kicks just outside of the box on the left hand side it would be much appreciated, he seems to enjoy doing it despite the fact it inevitably ends up in a yellow card and a goal. So predictable

 

I don't want to keep harping back to the transfer window, but if conte was planning on using 352 alot this season, we really should've bought a 5th centre midfielder. 

I actually worry for conte, roman will not take being outplayed at home. 

Also, I like Rudiger and Baka, but their first touches aren't great

The only dressing room issue would be frustrated players after a third poor game.  I cannot see a Mourinhoesq meltdown going on.  Our midfield gets run ragged without Kante and teams seem to be clued up against our formation.  That and our lack of depth and there are miserable faces all round.
