Hopefully Conte set out to attack and keep attacking if we get a goal up, in the United and Spurs gamely lately we dropped off after taking the lad, and once the lead was gone we never had a chance to came back. I'd send out the 2 strikers just to hit them where they hurt, we aren't going to pass through them with the players we got, I'm happy to beat them playing like Stoke or WBA, United didn't mind doing it.

Well west brom opened the door but we have to walk through it.

No matter if is a poor sit back display or a one of our best we have to beat the form team of 2018.

Can we conjure up one more big result or will our weakness shine through again?

Nothing againt Alonso, he's done his best and has been good since he's here, but I'd be disappointed to see Emerson out of the side. Last game Alonso was too terrified to even step into the Liverpool half because he knew he'd be burnt for pace.

Gave nothing at all going forward...

I hadn't realised. That would mean Alonso starts 95% sure.

I dont know and dont care about the formation. A win against LiverPoo will pull us back into the top 4 race while also putting pressure on them and TitHam for the next few games. No more is this just about moral victory, West Brom have slightly opened the door for us.

Even if we beat Liverpool, given the remaining games Spurs and Liverpool have we will still fall short unless either one of them have a complete brain fart.

Couldn't believe WBA did us the impossible favour, not it's up to us to put up a fight for the 4th spot, don't you dare to f* it up! Giroud probably deserve another start, but I think problem playing against a high pressing team with Giroud is he's not running behind a high line , he'd be winning headers 30 yards away from goal, not what we want in a must win game like this.

For Alonso to stroll back into the side after a ban will be a giant kick in the bollocks for Emerson, who's displayed skill, pace and, importantly for Conte, discipline in his position. If Alonso is selected and Conte stays on after this season, I see no future for Emerson at the club

Both teams have a leaky defence. Both are quite unpredictable. We have the FA final and they the CL finals.

We need the 4th place finish rather badly and they need to hold off their challengers to that spot, although if they do win the CL and we secure the 4th spot at their expense. Well then it will all be for naught?

if we finish 4th, we'll qualify for UCL. If pool win, they'll qualify too and england will have 5 teams in the UCL just like last year.

When we played Spurs the other week, Paddy Power were so confident we'd lose, they offered money back if we won. And lo and behold, we lost.

Well, they're offering money back if we beat Liverpool as well now.

Beat the dippers later today, and the Mancs to win the FA cup in two weeks. Perfect.

always fun beating the dippers and then laughing at their forums where they go all ‘Victim’ and start going on about rent boys etc.

We need a private Frasier gif now. We are certainly doomed today.
