The likes of utd rather go for commercially strong players than pure talent. Look at Pogba, all flash and zero substance.

I suspect this hampers Mourinho's team effectiveness yet he has to bow to the money men and still try and make it work.

    Yeah and all wrong if you ask me.....social media f**ked Things right up with this young generation.......and theres too much money involved now, has ruined alot of aspects this.

    You two bring up some interesting points - it goes good w/ this conversation - the funny thing we are complaining about Morata, it seems that Lukaku is even worse

     

     

    Hmmm, I don't know on how many goals Lukaku is now, but it's probably more than Morata. And I'm too lazy to look up last season's statistics.

    Btw, french clubs are utterly **** in the UEL and hardly impressive if not subpar in the UCL. PSG bang average in the UCL so far. Lyon is hardly impressive. Monaco are comatose. Marseille, Bordeaux Rennes are complete jokes. 

    Serie A however are making a big comeback: Juve are impressive for example and the other italians look pretty solid. Whereas Real are struggling a bit but still winning and Barça are good but not great (yet) ? 

    I cant wait though for the le arse wnakfest to stop ! They hardly beat anyone of significance so far and actually lost to us and city, the only two teams that have such siginificance. Plus they were pretty much dominated by sporting in the first half. But still wont win a european cup yet. And still have to win 4 more european trophies to catch up with us :laugh2:

    But what about being closer to the kids?

    Leicester chairman’s helicopter has crashed outside the stadium, no information who’s on board as of yet but it doesn’t look good. 

    We’re unfortunately well placed to know how the fans must be feeling right now, especially with it being so close to the anniversary of Matthew Harding’s helicopter crash. 

    Fingers crossed somehow people got out of it alive. 

    From the sounds of it, the helicopter was able to clear the stand before immediately careening into the car park.

    Really strange atmosphere in town tonight. Everyone knows something, yet inevitably nobody knows anything.

    A [famous bullsh*tter] friend of mine, mere seconds after he was claiming to me that the massive fire which had come up as breaking news on Sky Sports was an oil refinery fire, was then telling me that his wife had called him to tell him about the disastrous crash at the King Power.

    Hope all concerned are as well as can possibly be...

    Horrible day with both Glenn Hoddle's deteriorating health and this helicopter crash.

    The sad memories of Matthew Harding have come flooding back. Prayers are with those on board and for everyone involved with Leicester City.
