Hopefully the explosion is lots of goals and assists and not his knees, ankles, thighs etc...

Another note with Pulisic is we actually had a forward score rather than a defensive player.

Yeah exactly. Before him and Ziyech came on only CHO looked a possible scorer, had his first touch been better from Kaspers kick error.

Mount and Havertz were good at what they offered to the team but no threat to the Leicester goal themselves.

Id start him VS Utd.

I think that front 3 should cause teams to sh*t down their legs.  That is a lot of pace and I really think if CP can stay healthy, he should be a great complement to RL, both playing into and running off of him.

CHO looks like he's gotten some man strength over the last year.  

 

 

I wonder if he's likely to start tonight with Havertz a doubt and Werner still regaining match fitness.

I wouldn't be surprised. Starting a half-fit Werner against a physical defence who are sure to sit deep sounds like a "Chelsea nil" waiting to happen.

To be fair, these are the games that we especially need Pulisic for and ones he thrives at. Trying to unlock a stubborn defensive unit at Juve. With his pace and trickery its just what we need.

Agreed. Our best 3 to unlock them for me would  be Ziyech, CHO and Pulisic.

Only problem I see is that I don't like any of those guys at the #9 spot.  They are all relatively small shifty players with pace but none of them offers any kind of physical presence in the box.

Did not need it. We had the physical presence in the box in Turin and their defenders ate Lukaku alive.

Numerous London publications have Chelsea selling Pulisic in the transfer window. Liverpool wants him desperately, and will pay, but Chelsea won't make that move, which I find rather ironic. Barcelona next up it seems, but money might be an issue. Thoughts from Chelsea fans on this?

We have no issues in selling to rivals, as we have shown in the past with United, Arsenal and West ham. Only one we won't is Spurs.

So if we were willing to sell and Liverpool were will to cough up a good fee, and it would need to be a fair bit more than we paid for him, then we would sell to them imo. So the story is pure baseless b*llocks.

Not what you want to hear I know Tim, since you dream of him leaving our club, even though since he has finally got free of the injury he suffered playing for the US team, he has 2 sub appearances and one start in the CL from 3.

I think he can play himself into the starting XI.  I'd like to see him take the left wing back for now with Chillwell out.

You guys know the London press better than I. I don't give a crap where he plays, as most Americans don't, as long as he gets minutes in the position that's best for him with a Champions League club. Love to see him stay in the EPL if he does leave. Doubt Chelsea would ever sell him to Liverpool though. Like to see him win a starting spot on a consistent basis here first.

And he can, CHO has shown it is possible and CP had more natural talent imo than CHO does. 

First thing he needs is for his body to not let him down. He was chosen as a starter in our first match of the season.

Second he needs to deliver time and again. Again just as CHO has of late. He can easily take the other wide forward role if he meets both those factors. Which will allow him to rotate with CHO or whoever during the game as we have seen the wide forwards swap sides.

Pulisic is better in the box but outside of that I am not sure.

Are you sure Pulisic has more natural talent than CHO? Fans keep forgetting CHO was one of the highest rated youngsters on the planet at 17. 
He has missed out on 1-2 full seasons of football because of injury, and not been rated by Lamps. He has so much potential, and is way off his peak at present.

No I am not sure. Just an opinion based on what I have seen in the first team so far.

CHO may well do a James and become so unplayable he makes my comment look utterly foolish, would not be the first nor last time that has happened to me lol.

For the moment though I personally feel that CP has better instincts to be in the right place at the right time, make the right run, has better technique with both feet and in the air.
