I really miss chelsea player in the season of 2014/2015 when they so easily crowned as the champions of england and i really love the squad at that time but now most of the players from the season of 2014/2015 has already left chelsea now i think chelsea had a serious problem in striker and also in back sector now i want to talk about the striker section what do you think if chelsea buyback diego costa ? Do you agree or not ? And if you agree or not you also have to talk about the reason why did you agree or not ?

Costa was great for a couple of seasons yet he then pushed for a move to China and then wanted to go to Spain.

For me, his form has never recovered back to the standard of his best time at Stamford Bridge and it would be too much of a financial risk and also there is the risk of him upsetting the dressing room.

Spot on, he is not the player he was at Chelsea.

A lot of fans yearn for Costa back because of our current striker situation. Because of this, we remember the times where he terrorised defences and grabbed games by the scruff etc

If you think harder you'll remember the times when he would start a fight with any defender who had the audacity to make a challenge whilst he had possession of the ball.

You'll also remember his first touch often being as bad as Lukaku's and his dribbling ability being even worse.

He was a top striker for us 50% of the time. The other 50% we were left pulling our hair out in frustration.

Time to move on. Conte got blamed but a striker that wanted to go “home” via China!! He wanted out and that was a couple of years ago now. Next striker needs to be younger

Lol Costa hasn't recovered from his slobby summer when we were forced to sell him. Definitely a no from me. 

A mate mentioned this possibility a while ago, stating that Costa fell out with Conte and not the club.

Not sure I buy into this; bad apple in my book.

Absolutely loved Costa but the ship has sailed.

Hes not the striker he was at Chelsea anymore, if we buy him now we will be in for a huge disappointment.

I would have taken him back last year but too late now and really it had no chance of happening.

What a striker he was. Terrorised the defence one way or another.

Would rather we paid another £80 million and brought back Drogba. What a striker he was.

Costa could shine his boots and look and learn.

The Diego Costa of the present day is worse than Batshauyi.

I'd have thought we would have learned our lesson of buying former players.  Very rarely does it pay off, you're really only chasing their former glory.

he didnt think about that did he 

i wouldnt want him back because we definitely had the best of him and we need to think long term.

Well said, I look forward to the return of Captain, Leader, Legend John Obi Mikel in the summer of 2019. 

This would be an absolutely terrible idea.

He has one goal in 953 minutes in La Liga this season (the "easy" league where Messi and Ronaldo have been better than a goal a game for years) ... and overall less goals than even Morata in all comps, and is totally the wrong type of player for "Sarriball", even at his peak ...
