Going forward it didn’t work though, we had nothing when we went forward and lost most of hazards effectiveness in the process. Has any team ever truly mastered the false 9 other than Barca in their prime? We’re not good enough to do it. We need a focal point.

At least we are making them run and work hard now so that they are tired for Porto. And I hope the dragoes give them hell

Higuain is to slow for PL. Be can't Even ein for the ball nor can he hold the ball. 

I wonder when chelsea's mindset and sport will change. Maybe with a New coach, that is not that stubborn and use different tactics??

It's f**king silly and stupid af that they dont play with entusiasme from start!!

I don't think it did. Hazard couldn't really get into the game, every time we got forward, we couldn't do anything because we had nobody in the box. We were hitting a ton of loose passes and we conceded chances to Liverpool that they should have scored from.

But that wasn't down to the false 9 other than us packing our midfield. They had 1 shot on target and so did we. Neither tesam created anything. As soon as they stepped it up we folded

Looks like our brief spell is over. We needed to capitalise and get a goal but we fluffed 3 chances.

Going forward we have wasted a couple mostly due to William's uneffectiveness in the last decision.

It didn't work well. We just managed to keep them at bay but by playing Hazard there we are nullifying our biggest threat and the best player in the PL. As soon as Liverpool upped the tempo we were like rabbits in the headlights and a goal was always gonna come. We look so much better now, but this is how we should have lined up to start with.

Sorry, disagree. I think he has been solid, strong and has been as effective as any of the midfielders

I would have preferred Willian to have come off instead of Hudson-Odoi. Willian doesn't play a single cross. He just stops and plays it backwards.
