Yeah I don't think that will happen. One of Kai/Odegaard will be in the front 3 imo, the other at the 10.

He's considered a starter, primarily replacing Xhaka and will be a versatile option in attack being able to play at ST or on the wings. 

Arteta using his Leverkusen tapes as reference. 

Absolute delighted we're mugging off the Goonies... They just bought one of our biggest duds in January, and they're back in for another. Brilliant, they won't be pushing for the title next season.

Where does he even start for them? Not as good as Jesus up top, can't play on the wing, Odegaard plays most advanced in midfield and he certainly can't play any deeper than him.

I know there is always that fear that selling to a rival club can have horrible consequences, but I really can't see Havertz turning into a world beater at Arsenal. 

The guy has no idea where the goal is. He's had so many chances here and it's the same sh*te over and over again. 1 good game in 7 and that's probably being generous. I really appreciate all that he's done for us, he did score the most important goal when it mattered and I'll never forget that.

But if we can rob Arsenal blind for a fee like that, be my guest, I would happily let him go.

Yep - I'll second that.

Let's hope he is as good for the gooners as Luiz and Willian were and as good as Aubamayeng has been for us.

I also think he'll do well but IMO it doesn't warrant us keeping him. He'll do well at Arsenal but he'll never do well here and will just keep eating up our wages. Better to just sell him and cut our losses.

To be fair apart from winning the champions league we have been a mess on and off the field, don't blame him for wanting to leave.

Kai Havertz is leaving, what a beautiful day.

Then you add the fact we are getting £65M for him and scamming our rivals.

Too good to be true, good riddance to that snake.

Him and Mount were the ones I was hoping would stay. Arsenal paid accordingly for Kai's potential though...and theres still a strong possibility hes just not cut out for PL, no matter the team. So he might not fulfill said potential either way. Wish him the best though

I don't disagree one bit but I hope we learn from Havertz and play someone like Nkunku in his favoured position and build a team around him.

He's had Lampard, Tuchel, Potter, Lampard since he's been here and I think City can show you that if you have a top coach and a bit of stability then young players with flourish.

It’s incredible that we’ve pretty much made our money back on him. Apparently the fee is close To £67m, not £65m.

That is a fair price and one I am happy with us doing, so long as the add ons are a small part of it and are not "Arsenal win the league or CL".

This is the sort of fee Mason should be going for as well.
